Zoenley Plastic Clipboard Set, A4

Teachers, students and office or healthcare staff who regularly write on loose forms may appreciate having several clipboards ready to hand. This Zoenley set includes 12 plastic boards sized for A4 and letter paper, so it suits shared classrooms, busy desks or work that moves between rooms. Each has a black metal clip and a hanging loop, while the smooth, rigid surface gives a pen or pencil a steadier backing than a loose sheet on your lap. The practical catch is that the specific colours in the set aren’t identified in the product details.

Key specifications

Each board measures 12.5 x 9 inches and is described as suitable for A4 and standard letter-size sheets. The listing says the black metal clip can hold up to 80 pages of standard letter or A4 paper, and includes a loop for hanging the clipboard when it’s not in use. The board is made from thicker, high-impact plastic, with rounded corners and a smooth writing surface. Its surface is described as water-resistant and can be wiped with a damp cloth.

The quantity makes this a different kind of purchase from choosing one clipboard for occasional errands: there are 12 boards to distribute or keep in rotation. If you need a single writing surface for your own bag, a one-board option may be easier to store. Here, the appeal is having several available for a group or shared workplace, not a more elaborate feature set.

Who it’s for

It’s a good fit if you need a simple writing surface for forms, invoices, notes or work orders and want multiple boards for students, colleagues or staff. A teacher could place one at each station before a classroom activity, in an office, several people can take a clipboard to a meeting without carrying a stack of loose pages. Nurses and other staff are also among the listed audiences, though the description doesn’t provide details about specialised workplace requirements.

The water-resistant surface and wipe-clean care may be handy when boards are passed around or used in busy settings. This is still a plastic clipboard set, not a product described as having extra features beyond its clip, hanging loop and writing surface. It may not suit you if you need a particular colour assortment: “colorful” appears in the product name, but the individual colours aren’t specified.

Everyday use

For a quick paperwork round, clip a form to the board, carry it from desk to desk, then hang the clipboard by its loop when finished. The hard backing is intended to make writing more manageable when there isn’t a table nearby. Rounded corners may also help prevent the boards from catching on a bag, while the wipe-clean surface gives you a straightforward way to deal with everyday marks. The product details don’t say whether all 12 boards come in different colours, so don’t plan a colour-coding system around the name alone.

Three specific questions

How many clipboards are included? The product is listed as a set of 12.

Will the clip hold a thick stack of paper? The listing says it holds up to 80 pages of standard letter or A4 paper. That capacity is a stated limit, rather than a reason to assume every stack will sit equally neatly.

How should the surface be cleaned? The product details say it can be wiped with a damp cloth. No further cleaning instructions are provided.

Veredicto final

Choose this set if you need a dozen straightforward boards for a classroom, office or other shared paperwork routine, and the A4/letter format works for your forms. The clip, hanging loop and wipe-clean plastic surface cover the practical basics without adding complexity. If you only need one board, want confirmed colour choices or require specifications beyond those listed, a smaller or more clearly specified alternative may be a better match.
