## Description

For small dogs and older pets that need an easier route onto the couch, the Ziluce XL dog stairs combine a non-slip carpet surface with a foldable design. The steps are made to help pets reach furniture while reducing strain on their legs, and the ottoman-style format gives the piece another use in your living space.

When folded, it becomes a stool or bench, so it can serve as more than a dedicated set of pet steps.

## Who it’s for
These stairs are intended for dogs that need help getting onto a couch or bed, including small breeds such as Chihuahuas, Maltese and Shih Tzus. The product is also described for medium and older dogs. A carpeted, non-slip surface gives paws a steadier-feeling route up and down, which can help pets approach furniture with more confidence.

They suit homes where a pet needs an accessible step-up and an everyday piece of furniture is useful too. For example, place the stairs beside the couch to give a dog a defined route to its usual resting spot, fold them into a footstool or bench when the stair form is not needed.

## Benefits
The 2-in-1 design brings together pet access and a practical household function. In stair form, the unit helps a dog reach furniture, folded, it becomes a stool or bench. That flexibility makes it a useful alternative to pet steps that serve only one purpose, particularly in a room where floor space and furniture have to work together.

The carpeted surface is described as non-slip, giving dogs a grippy path as they climb or descend. Its materials combine carpet, faux leather, foam and wood, while the cream-white colour offers a neutral look alongside living-room furniture. For daily use, the surface can be wiped with a damp cloth, and the wooden legs can be cleaned as needed.

Setup is straightforward: attach the wooden legs to the base frame with the provided hardware, unfold the ramp surface, secure it with the metal clips, then fasten the carpet surface with its clips. This creates a ready-to-use route beside a couch or bed without requiring tools.

## Questions before you buy
**Can it be used as both stairs and a footstool?** Yes. It functions as pet stairs when unfolded and converts into a stool or bench when folded.

**What is the walking surface like?** The ramp has a carpet surface described as non-slip, designed to give a dog traction while going up or down.

**How is it assembled and cleaned?** Attach the wooden legs and secure the unfolded surfaces with the included clips, the instructions specify that no tools are required. Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and clean the wooden legs as needed.

## Should you buy it?
Choose the Ziluce XL if your dog needs a step-up to the couch or bed and you value furniture that can do double duty. Its non-slip carpet surface, foldable stair-to-stool design and simple, tool-free assembly make it a practical fit for a pet-friendly living space.
