## Description

## Technical details
When hydraulic maintenance involves several fitting sizes, a mixed assortment can make it easier to keep suitable caps and plugs close at hand. The ZELCAN kit brings ORFS fittings together in one organized case, giving maintenance work across agriculture, industry and construction a practical range to draw on.

Its galvanized 1045 steel construction and hex heads are designed for demanding service and straightforward handling with socket tools. The ORFS design uses an O-ring face seal to help guard against fluid leakage and contamination at a connection.

## Practical tips
Match the cap or plug size to the dash size of the hydraulic fitting before installation, then use the hex head to handle it with a socket tool. The range is useful when maintenance calls for different connection sizes: rather than sourcing one size at a time, you can keep several common dash sizes together for work in a shop or on site.

For a secure ORFS connection, the O-ring face seal is central to the design. Keeping the sealing surfaces clean while fitting the cap or plug helps support its role in limiting leakage and keeping contamination out of the hydraulic system. Buyers’ comments highlight expected fit and useful performance, which are practical considerations when choosing a fitting assortment for routine equipment work.

## What you get
The assortment brings together ORFS caps and plugs in the listed dash sizes, stored in a blow-moulded case with a custom EVA insert. The insert keeps the pieces arranged and easy to identify, while the case makes it convenient to carry the kit between a workshop and a job site. That organization is especially useful when a repair involves several hydraulic connections and the right fitting needs to be found quickly.

## Before you decide
**What fitting sizes does the kit cover?** It includes ORFS caps and plugs for dash sizes -4, -6, -8, -10, -12 and -16, covering a range of common hydraulic fitting sizes.

**How are the connections sealed?** The fittings use an O-ring face seal. The ORFS threads are stated to meet SAE J1453 standards, with the seal intended to help prevent leakage and fluid contamination.

**Can I handle the fittings with socket tools?** Each cap and plug has a hex head that pairs with socket tools, making it easier to handle during fitting and removal.

## Buying verdict
For equipment maintenance that moves between several hydraulic fitting sizes, this ZELCAN assortment offers a practical alternative to keeping only a single size on hand. Its galvanized 1045 steel fittings, ORFS sealing design and organized carry case make it well suited to planned repairs and on-site maintenance where a tidy, accessible selection of caps and plugs is useful.
