Yes4All Neoprene-Coated Dumbbell Pair, 5 lb, Teal Green, Hexagonal Heads

Some home routines call for a range of resistance in one setup, others are easier to keep consistent with a straightforward fixed pair. The Yes4All neoprene-coated dumbbells suit the second approach, with a set of two in the teal green, 5 lb option.

Cast-iron cores provide the weight, while the neoprene coating covers the handles and heads. The hexagonal shape is designed to keep the dumbbells from rolling away when set down, and the weight is printed on the end caps for identification.

They can be used for moves such as bicep curls, arm rows, squats and chest presses, as well as walking or yoga routines. Their fixed format keeps the setup simple for home workouts and easy storage.

Who it’s for

This pair is intended for people adding hand weights to indoor or outdoor exercise, from basic strength movements to cardio or yoga sessions. A fixed pair can be more straightforward to pick up and use than a setup that relies on changing plates or adjusting resistance. It’s a good fit if you want a clearly marked pair for familiar exercises and a grip coating that does not require gloves according to the product details.

The 5 lb option is the listed variant here, the product range also comes in multiple weight options, so the chosen weight matters when matching the dumbbells to your routine. Since these are fixed weights, they do not offer the adjustable resistance of a single adjustable set. It might not be a great match if you need to change the load within one pair as your exercises or strength-training plan vary.

Strengths

The practical difference is in the coating and shape. Neoprene provides a covered grip, while the hexagonal heads help prevent rolling when the weights are placed on the floor or stored between sets. Printed weight markings also make it easier to identify the pair at a glance. The product details describe the coating as a barrier against chipping and floor damage, that is useful context for home use, though it does not replace care when putting weights down.

Buyers commonly highlight the comfortable, non-slip feel, the colour and the usefulness of the dumbbells for simple workouts at home. Some also appreciate their appearance and feel they serve their intended purpose. These comments describe users’ impressions rather than a measure of performance, but they align with the product’s focus on an uncomplicated, easy-to-hold pair.

For a practical routine, the pair can be kept near a workout space for curls or rows, then used for body-weight movements that include hand weights. The set is also described as easy to store and suitable for travel, which may appeal if you want weights that do not require a larger exercise station.

Buying verdict

Choose this Yes4All pair if a fixed set in the listed 5 lb option matches your exercises and you value neoprene-covered handles, colour coding and heads designed not to roll. It offers a simple way to add resistance to home routines without an adjustable mechanism. If your training calls for several resistance levels in the same workout, a fixed pair will not provide that range on its own, the product range’s multiple weight options may help you select another weight, but do not make this pair adjustable.
