Product description
A single exposed lead may need only a quick tidy-up, while a wall-mounted TV or home office setup can leave several cords crossing the wall. The Yecaye CMC02 covers a longer cable route with snap-on channels, giving loose wires a defined path and a cleaner look in indoor spaces.
Its white plastic surface can be painted to better match the wall, and the channels can be cut to suit the route. The kit is designed for three to four standard-size cords, making it useful for grouping TV, speaker or computer cables together.

Highlights

Eight 15.7-inch channels provide 125in of total cable-cover length. Each channel measures 1.18 inches wide and 0.6 inches high. The snap-on covers make it straightforward to place cords inside and close the raceway, while the included couplings and corner pieces help carry the route around wall edges and turns.

Choose between adhesive mounting and screws with anchors, depending on the wall and installation. The supplied adhesive tape is not suitable for textured walls, screw mounting is an alternative for those surfaces. Once installed, the paintable, cuttable plastic cover can be adapted to the room’s layout and décor.
Buyers often highlight the tidy appearance, ease of installation and useful cable-hiding function, including for speaker wires. Feedback on adhesion and durability is mixed, so the mounting method and surface are worth matching to the installation.

Getting the most from it
Plan the cable path before mounting, then fit the channel along the route, place the cords inside and snap the cover closed. Use the connectors to join sections and guide the run around corners. For adhesive installation, apply the tape to a smooth wall surface, textured walls call for the screw-and-anchor option. The cover can be cut to fit the route, and its surface can be painted for a more discreet finish.

The kit includes eight cable channels, seven couplings, four flat elbows, a T-fitting, inside and outside elbows, mounting tape, and screws and anchors. This selection supports a continuous run across a wall rather than leaving separate exposed sections between the TV and nearby equipment.

Best use cases

Use the raceway to route cords from a wall-mounted TV down towards an entertainment centre, or to organize speaker wires along a room’s edge. It also suits home office computer cords where several leads need to follow the same path. Covering and grouping loose cables helps keep them out of the way of everyday movement and makes the surrounding area look more organized.
For one short, isolated cord, a smaller-scale tidy-up may be enough. The CMC02 is better suited to installations where several standard-size cables share a longer wall route and connectors are useful for navigating corners.

Should you buy it?
Worth considering if you want a paintable wall cover for several TV, speaker or office cables, with the flexibility to use adhesive or screw mounting. Its 125in total channel length, snap-on design and selection of connectors make it practical for creating a neat, continuous cable route indoors. Choose the mounting approach to suit the wall, then trim and paint the cover to help it blend into the room.
