## Everyday compatibility
The cart is designed for most 32- to 83-inch LCD, LED and OLED screens, including flat and curved panels, with a supported VESA pattern and weight. It can also accommodate screens described as 4K, Smart or outdoor models when they meet those mounting requirements. That range makes it useful when one display needs to serve different rooms or shared spaces rather than stay on a single fixed stand.

The four wheels are intended for movement across hardwood and carpet, and each can be locked once the cart is positioned. For a meeting room, for example, the screen can be rolled into place for a presentation, angled for the audience, then secured for viewing. The included shelf provides a nearby spot for a streaming device or DVD player. Buyers often highlight the cart’s mobility and ease of assembly, feedback is mixed on the clarity of the instructions and perceptions of stability, making careful assembly and locking the wheels before use sensible parts of setup.

## How to use it
Assemble the cart and attach the screen using the supplied mounting hardware, matching the television’s VESA pattern to a supported layout. The screen angle adjusts from +15 to -15 degrees, loosening and tightening the adjustment bolt lets you set the tilt for the viewing position. The highest screen mounting point is 57.5 inches from the floor, which helps when planning where the display will sit in a room.

Use the shelf for compatible AV equipment, then roll the cart into position and engage the wheel locks before viewing. The manufacturer provides written and video installation instructions, giving you two ways to follow the mounting process. This mobile setup is a useful alternative to a fixed TV stand when a display needs to be shared between a classroom, boardroom, bedroom or work area.

## Buying verdict
Choose the VIVO STAND-TV03E when screen mobility is a central part of the setup. Its broad screen-size range, support for VESA patterns up to 600x400mm, adjustable tilt and lockable wheels bring the key parts of a movable display station together. The shelf also keeps a media device close to the screen, making this cart well suited to presentations, shared rooms and home entertainment layouts where the TV may need to move.
