VeoryFly SA-7-5 Foam Earplugs, 38 dB SNR, 61 Pairs with Case

Choosing earplugs for sleep calls for a comfortable feel, while noisy study sessions, travel or events make sound reduction a priority. VeoryFly SA-7-5 soft foam earplugs are designed for both kinds of use, with a stated 38 dB SNR.

Could one pack cover bedtime and time away from home? It includes 60 pairs of foam earplugs, two silicone earplugs and a compact carrying case, so you can keep a pair handy for different settings.

The slow-rebound foam is designed to conform to the ear canal. Allow 40–50 seconds after inserting the foam plugs for them to settle into place.

Key takeaways

The soft, low-pressure foam is intended for extended wear, including sleep, and helps reduce common background noise. That makes these earplugs useful when you want a quieter setting for reading, studying or working, as well as when travelling or attending a loud event. The stated noise rating is 38 dB SNR, the plugs reduce noise rather than creating complete silence.

The pack combines 60 pairs of disposable foam earplugs with two silicone earplugs and a compact case. Buyers often mention the soft feel, comfort and ease of use, including for sleep. Feedback is more varied on fit and noise reduction, so a comfortable fit in your own ears remains important to how the plugs work for you.

How it fits

These earplugs are suited to people looking to reduce everyday background noise while sleeping or concentrating, and to those who want a portable option for travel or louder environments. The foam’s slow-release design is intended to let it conform to the ear canal without a strongly pressurized feel. For sleep, that soft construction can be especially appealing if ordinary background sounds interrupt your rest. The same pack can also serve as a simple option for study, work or reading, where reducing surrounding noise may help you focus.

Compared with choosing earplugs for a single setting, this pack brings together disposable foam pairs for regular use and silicone plugs for another option. It’s a good fit if you want soft foam for sleep or focused tasks, plus a case to keep your earplugs together when you’re on the move.

Usage tips

After inserting a foam earplug, wait 40–50 seconds for it to expand and conform to your ear canal. This settling time is part of the slow-rebound design and helps the plug take shape in place. Use the carrying case to keep the earplugs together between outings, and replace each foam pair every three days for hygiene and to maintain its rebound performance. The foam is disposable, so plan to use a fresh pair as needed rather than treating it as a reusable plug.

Practical questions

Are these earplugs suitable for sleeping? Yes. The soft foam is designed with sleep in mind and can help reduce common background noise, which may be useful for people sensitive to sound. They are not completely soundproof.

How long should I wait after inserting a foam earplug? Wait 40–50 seconds for the foam to conform to your ear canal. Replacing foam pairs every three days is recommended for hygiene and performance.
