Vanzon Bluetooth speaker V40

Key specifications

If you mainly want music that can move from the kitchen to a picnic, portability and water protection may matter more than a full home audio setup. The Vanzon V40 is built around that easier, take-it-along kind of listening.

Its listed output is 24W, with stereo drivers and dual passive radiators. It also has RGB lights, which can be turned on as an LED light when you are not playing music. The IPX7 rating and silicone case with port cover are intended to add protection around water, though the listing does not spell out specific care instructions.

The speaker uses Bluetooth 5.0 and has TWS pairing for connecting two compatible V40 speakers for stereo playback. A 3.5 mm AUX input offers a wired option, but the cable is not included. TF playback is also listed, with support for WAV, FLAC, APE and MP3 files.

Battery capacity is 4000mAh, and playback is stated as up to 24 hours per charge according to the manufacturer. Actual run time depends on volume, audio content and use, so that figure is best treated as a maximum rather than a dependable all-day promise.

Who it’s for

Es buena opción si you want one portable speaker for casual listening at home and outings, with lighting and the option to pair a second unit later. Picture setting it on a patio table for music while friends gather, then packing it for a day out without switching to a more involved sound system.

The built-in microphone also supports hands-free calls, so it can handle a call without you disconnecting your phone. That is a useful extra, but the available information does not specify microphone performance or call controls.

Quizá no encaja si you need a supplied AUX cable, detailed sound tuning, or a speaker intended to replace a dedicated home audio setup. The listing gives no dimensions or weight, either, so its exact fit in a bag is hard to judge from the available details.

Everyday use

The V40 brings together several practical extras rather than focusing only on playback: wireless connection, wired input, TF playback, call handling and RGB lighting. That gives it more ways to fit into a casual routine than a basic speaker with Bluetooth alone. TWS pairing is the more relevant feature if you want a wider stereo presentation, it requires a second speaker, so it is not an improvement you get from the V40 by itself.

For a wired source, plan to bring your own 3.5 mm line-in cable. And while IPX7 protection makes the speaker more suited to water-adjacent settings than an unprotected indoor unit, it is still sensible to keep the port cover in place and follow the product’s care guidance.

Before you decide

Can it play music without Bluetooth? Yes. It has a 3.5 mm AUX input and TF playback is listed for WAV, FLAC, APE and MP3 files. The AUX cable is not included.

Can it be used for phone calls? The built-in microphone is described as supporting hands-free calls from a mobile phone while connected to the speaker.

Does it reach 24 hours of playback every time? That is the stated maximum. Volume, audio content and usage affect actual playback time.

Final verdict

The Vanzon V40 makes sense if you want a portable speaker with water protection, lighting and several playback options in one unit. Its strongest practical case is flexible everyday use, with TWS available for a two-speaker setup. Choose a simpler speaker if you only need basic Bluetooth playback, look for a more specialised audio system if sound detail or a known physical size is central to your decision.
