## Description

For rooms where outlets are awkward to reach or furniture sits close to the wall, a power bar with a flexible plug can make everyday connections easier to arrange. The TROND TD-PS-US15SX combines a 360° rotating flat plug with a 5 ft extension cord.

Four AC outlets and four USB ports give you places to connect household devices and charge phones or tablets from one compact bar. The USB ports include two USB-A and two USB-C connections.

Need the plug to point up, down or sideways to suit the outlet? Its rotating design lets you set the cord direction after inserting the plug, helping the bar fit into tight spaces.

## The essentials

The four AC outlets are arranged to accommodate larger adapters, while the four USB ports provide charging connections without using an AC outlet. Together, the outlets and USB ports can serve up to eight devices at once, making this a practical choice for a desk, bedside table or shared charging spot. USB output is rated at 17 W total across the ports, each USB-C port provides up to 5 V/3 A, and each USB-A port up to 5 V/2.4 A.

A 900-joule surge protection rating adds protection against voltage spikes and surges for connected electronics. The power bar is made with UL94 V-0 flame-retardant PC and ABS material. It has a North American three-prong plug and a maximum current rating of 10 A.

Buyers often appreciate the rotating plug, slim profile and usefulness in tight spaces, including behind furniture. Feedback on adhesion is mixed, the included screws and mounting template provide a screw-mounted option for a more secure setup.

## Size & fit

The flat rotating plug is 0.73 in thick, helping the cord route behind a sofa, bed or cabinet without forcing furniture far from the wall. Its 360° movement is useful when an outlet is sideways, upside down or tucked into a corner: insert the plug fully, then turn it to direct the cord where it needs to go.

For a fixed installation, two mounting holes let you secure the bar to a wall, desk or cabinet using the included screws and template. This can keep the power bar in place when unplugging devices and help reduce cable clutter beneath a work surface. For travel, its compact form is easy to pack in a bag or carry-on, and a cable tie helps keep the extension cord together.

## How to use it

Plug the bar into a North American three-prong outlet, then rotate the plug to a suitable position. Connect appliances and chargers to the AC outlets, or use the USB-A and USB-C ports for compatible charging devices. A bedroom setup could keep a phone, tablet and bedside electronics connected in one spot, at a desk, the mountable design can keep cords gathered beneath the work surface. The listed compatible devices include cameras, fans, smartphones, tablets and televisions.

## Should you buy it?

It’s a good fit if you want one compact power bar for a tight outlet location, with both AC connections and USB charging in the same unit. Compared with a basic extension bar that has a fixed plug or only AC outlets, the rotating plug helps with awkward outlet angles, while the mix of four outlets and four USB ports supports a wider range of everyday devices. Choose it for a bedside area, home office, kitchen or travel bag when flexible placement and convenient multi-device charging are the priority.
