## Description

A tidy desk or home setup needs accessible power for both plug-in equipment and USB-charged devices. The TROND TD-PS-US03 brings five AC outlets and four USB ports together in a slim power bar, with a 10 ft cord to reach outlets farther from your work area.

Its angled, low-profile plug is designed to fit behind furniture, while the bar can sit on a desk or be mounted using its screw-fixation design. That makes it a practical way to organize charging and power around a workstation, bedside table or entertainment centre.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Use the five AC outlets for equipment such as a monitor, lamp or other everyday devices, and the four USB ports for compatible phones and accessories. One AC outlet is spaced farther from the others to make room for a larger adapter without blocking neighbouring outlets. The cord’s reach can also help when the nearest wall outlet is tucked behind a desk, sofa or cabinet.

For a more permanent setup, the mounting points at both ends let you secure the power bar to a suitable surface using screws. On a desk or nightstand, its slim shape keeps power close at hand without needing to mount it. The 45-degree flat plug helps keep the connection unobtrusive behind furniture.

## Why it’s worth it

This model combines surge protection rated at 1,440 joules with a built-in circuit breaker. If an overload occurs, the breaker shuts off power, indicator lights by the switch show power and surge-protection status. A power switch also gives you a convenient way to turn the bar on or off.

For charging, two USB-C ports provide up to 5V/3A each and two USB-A ports provide up to 5V/2.4A each, with a total USB output of 17W. The ports identify connected devices to provide charging speeds appropriate to the connection. Buyers commonly highlight the useful outlet arrangement and 10 ft cord, making this a handy format when both extra reach and several charging options matter.

Compared with a basic extension cord, this power bar adds USB charging, a widely spaced AC outlet and surge protection in one unit. It’s a useful approach for a desk or shared charging area where several devices need power in a compact footprint.

## What to clarify

**Can it be mounted?** Yes. Screw-fixation points at both ends allow the bar to be mounted, the included manual provides mounting instructions.

**Will a larger adapter block nearby outlets?** One AC outlet has extra spacing to accommodate a larger adapter while leaving adjacent outlets accessible.

**What happens if the connected load is too high?** The built-in overload protection can shut off power. The bar is rated for a maximum load of 1,250W, if the breaker activates, unplug the device causing the overload to reset it.

## When it makes sense

It suits you if you want one compact place for desk equipment and USB charging, with enough cord to reach a less convenient outlet. The TROND TD-PS-US03 is especially practical behind furniture or on a mounted workstation, where its flat plug, spaced outlet and combination of AC and USB connections help keep everyday power organized.
