## Description

A desk pushed close to the wall or a wall-mounted TV can leave little room for a conventional plug. The TROND TD-EC-US01XP pairs a 360° rotating flat plug with a 3 ft cord, so you can position the connection to suit a tight indoor space and bring three grounded outlets within reach.

Its three-sided outlet layout gives each connection its own side, which helps when powering devices with larger adapters. A 900-joule surge protection rating and a lighted indicator add practical features for home office, kitchen counter and travel setups.

The low-profile plug is 0.73 in thick and swivels to help the cord sit neatly behind furniture or a TV. Instead of choosing a longer extension cord that can leave extra cable to manage, this compact 3 ft design keeps the run short while providing three outlets from one wall connection. Its three-sided arrangement can also make it easier to position bulky adapters without crowding a single face.

## What it works with
Use the three grounded outlets for indoor devices such as laptops, phones and small appliances, keeping the combined load within the 125V, 13A and 1,625W maximum rating. The short lead suits a desk where power needs to stay close, a kitchen counter with a nearby receptacle, or a compact room where extra cord length would get in the way. Its Type B plug and grounded outlets are useful details when matching the extension to a grounded wall receptacle and device plugs.

Buyers often appreciate the rotating flat plug for fitting close to a wall and making a tight setup more flexible. That design is especially practical when a straight plug would extend into the space behind furniture. The lighted outlet indicator also gives a visible cue when the unit is connected, while the surge-protection rating adds a layer of protection for attached electronics.

## How to use it
Insert the rotating plug into an indoor wall receptacle, then turn it to direct the cord where it fits best. Connect devices across the three outlets and keep the total load within the stated maximum. For a desk setup, the 3 ft lead can keep the power bar close to the wall connection, behind a cabinet or TV, the flat profile helps reduce the space the plug occupies. The cord is intended for indoor use, making it suited to home and office arrangements rather than outdoor connections.

## Before you decide
**How many devices can it power?** It has three grounded AC outlets. The total connected load must remain within 13A and 1,625W at 125V.

**Does the plug rotate?** Yes. The flat Type B plug swivels 360°, letting you orient the cord for the available space.

**Is it suitable for outdoor use?** It is designed for indoor use, such as a home office, kitchen counter or living area.

## Is it worth it?
For a compact indoor setup that needs several grounded connections without a bulky straight plug, the TD-EC-US01XP combines three outlets, a short 3 ft cord and a rotating flat plug. Its 900-joule surge protection and visible indicator make it a practical fit for organizing everyday power near a desk, TV or counter.
