## Description

Choosing wrist support often means deciding whether the thumb needs attention too. This TISMOD spica splint supports both the wrist and thumb, helping keep them stabilized together for everyday use and recovery from strains or sprains.

Adjustable straps let you tailor the fit around the wrist and thumb, while removable aluminium splints provide structured support. The brace is designed for either the right or left hand.

## Usage tips

Position the brace so the support rests along the palm and thumb, then fasten the wrist straps around the wrist for a secure, adjustable fit. The thumb retention strap helps hold the thumb in place, while the wrist straps wrap around the wrist to provide stability. Adjust each strap to a comfortable fit that feels supportive without being overly tight.

The aluminium splints can be removed, allowing you to adapt the support to your needs. For a daily routine, the lightweight, breathable flannel material with a mesh surface is designed for comfortable wear. Its combined thumb and wrist support can be useful when a wrist-only brace does not provide the thumb stabilization you are looking for.

## Why it makes sense

This brace brings thumb and wrist support into one adjustable design. That can make it a practical choice for people seeking support related to carpal tunnel syndrome, De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, tendonitis, sprains, strains or swelling. It is also described for thumb arthritis and injury recovery. These are intended uses, not a substitute for medical advice.

Three adjustable wrist straps and an adhesive thumb strap make it possible to set the fit around the hand, while the removable splints add support along the palm and thumb. Use it at home or as part of a recovery routine, its design also provides protection during activities such as tennis or golf. It suits you if you want a single brace that addresses both the wrist and thumb rather than focusing on the wrist alone.
