## Description

For desk work, exercise or overnight wrist support, the Tianhengyi Wrist Brace is made for the right hand in size L/XL. Its two splints help keep the wrist straight, while adjustable straps let you set the fit. Looking for support that can be worn both during the day and while sleeping? This brace is designed for both.

## Why it’s worth it
Two fixed plastic splints provide structure to help stabilize the wrist, and two hook-and-loop straps let you adjust the level of tightness. The pull-on design keeps the brace straightforward to position, whether you’re getting ready for bed or adding support during an activity. Breathable polyester and nylon, along with a soft lining, are intended to make it comfortable against the skin.

The brace is designed for wrist support associated with carpal tunnel, weak or injured wrists, sprains and tendonitis. Buyers often highlight its comfort for sleeping and the ability to adjust the fit. Experiences with taking it off vary, so the main advantage is the combination of wrist stabilization and adjustable fastening rather than a fixed, one-setting fit.

## What to know
This is the right-hand version in black, size L/XL, for adults. The listed wrist circumference for L/XL is 7.5–10.2 inches. The brace has two adjustable straps and two support splints, position it on the right wrist and tighten the straps to a comfortable fit. Its design supports the wrist in a straight position, making it a practical alternative to a simpler wrap when you want added structure for rest or everyday activities.

For example, it can be put on before bed to support the wrist while sleeping, or worn during exercise when wrist support is useful. It is also described for use at work. The choice between this brace and a basic support band comes down to the splints: they add structure for wrist stabilization, while the straps allow you to tailor the fit.

## Maintenance
Hand wash the brace. Allow time for care after use so it is ready for your next activity or night’s rest. A solid pick if you want an adjustable, splinted support for the right wrist that can be used across daytime routines and sleep.

## Practical questions
**Is this brace for the left or right hand?** This listing is for the right-hand version. Check the hand designation when choosing a brace, since the fit is made for a specific side.

**Can it be worn while sleeping?** Yes. It is designed for overnight use as well as daytime wear, with splints to help support the wrist in a straight position.

**How does it stay in place?** It uses a pull-on design with two adjustable hook-and-loop straps. Adjust each strap to achieve a secure, comfortable fit.

## When it makes sense
Choose this Tianhengyi brace when you want right-wrist support with more structure than a simple wrap, plus adjustable fastening for different routines. Its L/XL sizing, two splints and day-or-night use make it suited to adults looking for a supportive wrist brace for rest, work or exercise.
