## Description

At 16 inches high and made of iron, these black Telakeni bench legs give a custom furniture project a sturdy X-shaped base with a baked finish. The set of two is designed for coffee tables, benches, end tables, side tables, TV stands and bedside nightstands, making it a practical way to build or refresh a piece around a tabletop you already have.

Pre-drilled mounting plates help make installation straightforward, while the included foot pads can help protect floors and add stability to a table or desk that wobbles. What would suit your project better than choosing a complete table? These legs let you create a look around your own top and intended use.

## Everyday use
These legs are made for DIY furniture projects where a defined base and a custom top are part of the plan. Use them to make a coffee table for a living room, a bench for an entryway, or a side table beside a sofa or bed. They can also support a TV stand or nightstand project, giving you a consistent leg style across different pieces.

The iron construction and square leg style create a substantial foundation, while the X-shaped form adds a clear design feature beneath the tabletop. The baked finish has a smooth surface and is intended to resist peeling and scratches, helping the legs keep their finished appearance through everyday use. With a stated maximum load of up to 800 lb for the set, they’re suited to projects where the assembled furniture needs a defined load capacity, distribute the load across the completed piece as appropriate to its construction.

Unlike buying a finished table with fixed dimensions and styling, using separate legs gives you room to choose a top that works for your space and project. The 16-inch height is a helpful reference when planning the finished furniture, so consider it alongside the tabletop’s thickness and the intended use.

## Practical tips
Plan the position of both legs before fastening them to the tabletop, and use the pre-drilled mounting plates to guide installation. Choose a top and mounting hardware appropriate to your project, and make sure the assembled furniture is stable before placing items on it. The foot pads can help protect the floor and provide added stability on a wobbly table or desk. For routine care, wipe the legs with a damp cloth.

## Should you buy it?
Choose this Telakeni set if you want two black, iron X-shape legs for a custom bench, coffee table or another DIY furniture project. The 16-inch height, pre-drilled mounting plates and included foot pads bring useful planning and setup details together, while the baked finish gives the base a smooth, finished look. It’s a practical foundation for building furniture to suit your space rather than selecting a complete piece with a predetermined design.
