## Description

For anyone looking for warmth across the back and waist, the Tefici NA-H1622D offers a generous 24" × 33" heating surface. Its size also lets you reposition it for areas such as the abdomen, arms or legs.

Three heat settings let you choose a level that suits the moment, while the two-hour automatic shut-off provides a timed end to a session. The weighted design and adjustable straps help keep the pad in place while leaving your hands free.

Soft flannel gives the surface a comfortable feel against the body. With a detachable controller and machine-washable design, care is straightforward after use.

## Key takeaways

The broad coverage is useful when you want warmth over more than one small area: position the pad across your back and waist, or adjust it for another area such as the abdomen or legs. For a typical at-home session, the straps help secure it around the waist so you can sit and relax without holding the pad in position.

Choose from three heat levels to suit your preference. The two-hour automatic shut-off is a practical feature for sessions with a defined duration, and the weighted construction helps the pad stay settled where you place it. ETL and FCC certification are also identified for this model.

Customer feedback highlights the soft feel and comfortable warmth, with some buyers also describing relief around the back, neck and shoulders. Experiences are mixed, however: comments differ on heat level and fit, and some buyers report reliability or durability problems. These are individual experiences rather than a guarantee of how a particular unit will perform.

## Cleaning & care

Before washing, detach the controller and unplug the pad. The flannel heating pad is machine washable, let it dry completely before reconnecting power. This simple care routine makes it easier to keep the fabric fresh between uses. Follow the product’s care instructions when washing and drying.

## Practical tips

For back or waist warmth, position the pad over the area and use its straps to help keep it in place, adjust the fit before settling in so your hands remain free. Its flexible placement also makes it suitable for a seated rest with warmth directed towards the abdomen, arms or legs. If you are choosing between a compact pad for one small spot and a wider option, this model’s 24" × 33" format is suited to broader, repositionable coverage.

Start with one of the three heat settings and select the level that feels comfortable for your session. Keep the controller detached when washing, and reconnect it only after the pad is fully dry.
