## Description

Choosing a home workout bench often comes down to whether you want a fixed position or flexibility for different exercises. The Teclor adjustable weight bench offers 10 backrest positions, including flat, incline and decline settings, so you can adapt your setup for strength training at home.

Its foldable design also makes it easier to put the bench away between sessions, while the steel frame and triangular support structure provide a solid base for seated or lying exercises.

## What to know

The backrest adjusts through a serrated mechanism with a secure locking design. This lets you change positions to suit chest, shoulder, back and abdominal exercises, rather than relying on one fixed angle. Set the backrest to the position you need and make sure it is locked before starting your set.

The frame is made from alloy steel, with 1.5 mm steel tubing and a triangular support structure. The stated maximum weight capacity is 700 lb. The backrest measures 30 in. L × 13 in. W × 2.4 in. thick, and the seat measures 14.2 in. L × 13 in. W × 2.4 in. thick. Eco-friendly foam padding and breathable leather upholstery add cushioning for exercises that involve sitting or lying against the bench.

Buyers often highlight the bench’s easy assembly, cushioning, adjustability and fold-away design. Some also report feeling unsure about security during use, making it especially important to engage the locking mechanism fully and set the bench on a stable surface before training.

## Fit and sizing

The bench weighs 9.53 kg and folds to 34 in. L × 13 in. W × 8 in. H, making it practical to store in a corner, closet or under a bed when your workout is finished. Its compact folded format suits a home gym where the same floor space needs to serve other purposes.

For a typical session, you could set the backrest flat for one movement, then switch to an incline or decline position for another. The 10-position adjustment gives you options for varying your body position across strength exercises without changing to a different bench.

## Practical tips

Assembly involves tightening two screws, inserting two safety pins and fitting the foam roller, the stated assembly time is three minutes, and wrenches are included with the screws. Before each workout, confirm that the backrest is securely locked in the chosen position and that the safety pins are in place.

The bench can support exercises such as presses and seated strength work, as well as core movements like sit-ups and leg lifts. For storage, pull out the two safety pins and fold the bench after your session. Keep the workout area clear while unfolding or adjusting it, then position the bench on a stable surface before use.

## Final verdict

The Teclor bench is suited to home users who want one foldable setup for strength and core exercises, with multiple backrest angles for changing their training position. Its steel frame, padded surfaces, 10 adjustment positions and compact folded size make it a practical fit for a home gym that needs adaptable equipment without leaving a bench permanently in place.
