SYTRAH gym bag with 11 pockets

For gym-goers who move between workouts, yoga and everyday errands, the SYTRAH gym bag brings several carry needs together in one tote-style design. It has a separate shoe compartment, a detachable waterproof pocket for damp items and an elastic holder for a yoga or Pilates mat. There’s also a sleeve listed for laptops up to 15.6 inches, so it can do more than carry workout gear. The trade-off is that its many compartments and carry features may be more bag than you need for a simple change of clothes and a water bottle.

Key specifications

The bag measures 16.8 × 7 × 11.8 inches and has 11 pockets, including a dedicated shoe compartment and a detachable waterproof wet pocket. These separate storage areas are useful for keeping shoes, a damp towel or sweaty clothing apart from clean items. The listing also describes waterproof fabric and an easy-wipe surface, which should make routine post-workout clean-up straightforward, it doesn’t specify how the bag performs if fully submerged.

An adjustable shoulder strap and top handles give you a choice of how to carry it. A rear luggage strap is included for attaching the bag to a suitcase handle, and elastic straps on the bottom hold a yoga or Pilates mat. The laptop sleeve is listed for devices up to 15.6 inches, though the product details don’t give the sleeve’s own measurements. If laptop fit is essential, that missing detail matters more than the headline size.

Who it’s for

It suits you if you want one bag for a gym session and the trip around it, especially when shoes or damp gear would otherwise end up beside clean clothes. The separate compartments offer a more organised approach than a basic open tote, while the mat straps save room inside when you’re heading to a studio. It may also work for short trips where the luggage strap and multiple pockets are useful.

It may not be the best choice if you prefer a minimal bag with just one main compartment, or if you need a confirmed fit for a particular airline’s personal-item rules. Although the listing says it can fit under an airplane seat or in an overhead compartment, it doesn’t provide airline-specific sizing guidance. Check those limits against the stated dimensions before relying on it for a flight.

Everyday use

Picture packing trainers into the shoe section, a clean top and towel in the main space, then putting a damp swimsuit or towel into the detachable wet pocket after a swim. That separation is the bag’s most practical feature for mixed-use days. Small essentials can be distributed across the pockets rather than gathered at the bottom, and the mat can travel outside the main compartment.

The adjustable strap helps when you’re carrying more than you want in your hands, the top handles offer a simpler option for a short walk from the car to the gym. The bag is described as lightweight, but no empty weight is given, and its overall comfort when fully loaded will depend on what you pack. For everyday carry without shoes, wet gear or a mat, a simpler tote may be less cumbersome.

Buying questions

Does it keep shoes separate from clean gear? Yes. It has a dedicated shoe compartment, plus a detachable waterproof pocket for damp items.

Can it carry a yoga mat? The bottom elastic straps are designed to hold a yoga or Pilates mat externally, freeing up space inside.

Will a 15.6-inch laptop fit? The listing specifies a sleeve for laptops up to 15.6 inches, but gives no sleeve measurements. Compare your device’s dimensions with the available product details if the fit is a deciding factor.

Final verdict

Choose this SYTRAH bag if your routine involves a mix of workout clothes, shoes and wet gear, or if you regularly carry a mat and value having dedicated places for those items. Its strongest case is organisation across gym and daily use, rather than a particularly simple carry. If you mainly need a small, uncomplicated tote—or need confirmed laptop-sleeve or airline dimensions—the available details may not answer enough of your fit questions.
