## Description

With a slim rectangular format, the SUXIO HappyLamp-1 is a tabletop light therapy lamp designed for indoor use at home or in an office. Its compact profile and adjustable stand make it easy to position on a desk or counter.

Want to tailor a session rather than use one fixed setting? Choose from three light levels—4,000, 7,000 or 10,000 lux—and use touch control to select the brightness that suits your routine.

Three timer settings and a memory function add simple control to everyday use. The lamp returns to your previous setting when switched on, so you can get back to your usual setup quickly.

## Practical tips

Place the lamp on a stable tabletop and use the stand to adjust its angle towards your seating area. This makes it convenient to keep nearby while working at a desk, reading or spending time indoors. The design is intended for light therapy use, follow the guidance appropriate to your own routine and use.

The touch controls let you select one of the three brightness levels and choose a 30-, 60- or 90-minute timer. For a session with a set endpoint, select the timer before settling in. If you prefer to use the lamp regularly in the same way, the memory function recalls the previous setting when you turn it on.

The lamp is USB-powered and comes with a 49-inch USB cable. Use a 5V-2A adapter for operation, the adapter is not included. This setup suits a desk or home-office arrangement where a USB power connection is available.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The three lux settings give you a choice between lower and brighter light, up to 10,000 lux, rather than a single fixed output. Its 100 LEDs provide the light source, while touch operation keeps the main controls close at hand. The adjustable stand lets you direct the lamp without changing where it sits.

In a practical home-office routine, you could set the lamp on your desk, angle it towards your workspace and choose a timer while you work. The memory function is useful when you tend to return to the same brightness and timing, while the portable, slim design makes it straightforward to move between indoor work areas.

## Worth noting

The manufacturer describes the lamp as a light therapy product for indoor use and mood support. It is an LED lamp with a white shade and a modern, rectangular design. Its combination of selectable brightness, timer options and an adjustable stand makes it more configurable than a basic desk light with a single setting.

Buyer feedback often appreciates the brightness, and some customers describe mood support on gloomy days. Opinions on lighting and reliability are mixed, with some reports of flickering or units that stopped working. These are individual experiences, rather than a measure of how every lamp will perform.

## Buying verdict

For an indoor light therapy setup, the SUXIO HappyLamp-1 brings together three brightness levels, three timer choices and memory recall in a portable tabletop format. It suits people who want a dedicated lamp they can position beside a desk or counter and adjust to their preferred routine. A solid pick if flexible light settings and straightforward touch controls are priorities for your home or office.
