The slim tabletop design can move between a bedside table, desk or other indoor space. A stand lets you adjust the lamp’s angle, while the wake-up timer adds a scheduled start for a morning routine.

## Getting the most from it

Choose one of the three light levels to suit your intended session, then select a 30-, 60- or 90-minute timer. The memory function recalls the last setting when you switch the lamp on, so returning to a familiar routine takes fewer steps. For a scheduled morning start, use the 6-, 7- or 8-hour wake-up timer.

The tabletop stand helps direct the light where you want it, whether you’re sitting at a desk or settling into a morning routine at home. Its rechargeable design and compact dimensions also make it practical to move between rooms or take along when travelling. The supplied USB cable is 59 inches long, a power adapter is not included.

What matters more in a portable therapy lamp: a range of brightness settings or a simple, repeatable routine? The DCK-1 brings both together with selectable light levels, timed sessions and a saved setting. Buyers often praise its brightness and portability, while feedback on battery life and reliability is mixed, some also report durability concerns.

## In the box

The package includes the light kit, an adjustable stand and a 59-inch USB cable. The rechargeable battery is included, so the lamp can be used without being tethered to a wall outlet when charged. For USB charging, provide a compatible power adapter separately.

## Buying verdict

It’s a good fit if you want a compact indoor daylight lamp that can move from a home office to a bedroom, with three brightness levels and timer controls for shaping a regular light therapy session. The memory function simplifies repeat use, and the wake-up timer adds another way to build the lamp into a morning schedule. Choose it for a portable, adjustable setup rather than a fixed lamp intended to stay in one place.
