supregear EB00000020 Elbow Support, Adjustable Neoprene Splint for Day and Night

For overnight elbow support or a more supported feel during sport and workouts, the supregear EB00000020 combines adjustable straps with a removable metal support bar. Want to choose between a steadier elbow position and room to bend? The bar can be removed to change the support setup. Its one-size design is made for adults and can be worn on either arm.

Size & fit

The brace measures 67 x 22 x 0.4 centimetres and uses three hook-and-loop straps to adjust how it sits around the elbow. This lets you set the fit for daytime movement or sleep, while the inner sleeve provides a layer between the brace and skin. The adjustable design is useful when you want to tailor the feel rather than rely on a fixed-position sleeve. It is intended for both left and right arms, so you can use the same brace on either side.

A removable metal support bar gives you another way to adapt the brace: keep it in place to help maintain elbow alignment, or take it out when you want to allow bending. The support is intended for adult use, with applications including tendonitis, tennis elbow, cubital tunnel syndrome and ulnar nerve concerns. For nighttime wear, position and fasten the brace around the elbow to provide support while resting, during sport or exercise, the straps help keep it in place through activities such as tennis, basketball, soccer and weightlifting.

Why it makes sense

Rather than choosing a sleeve with a fixed feel, this design combines compression-style coverage with an adjustable closure and removable support bar. That makes it a practical choice for people who want to adapt the brace for rest or activity, with support that can be configured for a steadier position or more elbow movement. The inner sleeve is designed to help reduce skin irritation, and the neoprene material is machine washable for routine care.

Buyers report varied experiences with the brace’s comfort, fit, support and effectiveness. Some find it helpful and comfortable, while others say the fit or support does not suit them. The adjustable straps and removable bar offer ways to customize how it is worn, while the one-size format and stated dimensions can help you judge whether its coverage suits your needs.
