## Description

For a walking break at a desk or a brisk session at home, this Superun treadmill adapts to the space and workout. Keep the detachable handrails in place for added grip, or remove them to use the deck as an under-desk walking pad. A manual 6% incline and speeds from 0.6 to 3.8 MPH give you options for changing the pace and effort.

## Why it’s worth it

The convertible design brings two walking setups into one machine. With the handrails attached, it works as a full treadmill, detach them when you want a more compact walking pad that can slide under a desk. That flexibility is useful in smaller living spaces or when you want to move between desk walking and a more focused workout without switching machines.

The built-in 6% manual incline adds a change in intensity compared with walking on a flat deck. Pair it with a comfortable pace for a steady walking session, or use the remote to adjust speed as your routine changes. The 2.5 HP motor is described as quiet, making the treadmill suitable for home and office use where quieter operation is welcome. Its frame supports up to 300 lb, and the wheeled, lightweight design makes it easier to reposition around your space.

## Key points

The detachable dual handrails provide a place to grip during a session, while the included safety key adds a practical safety feature. Keep the rails fitted for supported walking, jogging or running, or remove them for under-desk walking. The speed range of 0.6–3.8 MPH accommodates different walking paces, with the remote offering quick speed adjustments. A dedicated app can track real-time exercise metrics, giving you a way to follow your activity as you use the treadmill.

For a straightforward home routine, place the treadmill where you can walk comfortably, set the pace with the remote and use the incline when you want more challenge. It is also designed for office under-desk walking, endurance building, rehabilitation and recovery, and weight-loss training. The alloy steel construction and compact dimensions of 108.3 × 50 × 95 cm suit a range of indoor setups, the listed item weight is 18.7 kg.

Compared with a basic flat walking pad, this model adds a manual incline and detachable handrails, so the choice is not limited to desk walking alone. Those features make it a practical fit when you want one machine for both an under-desk pace and a more structured walking session.

## Getting the most from it

Choose the handrail setup that suits the activity: leave the rails attached for added grip, or detach them to create the under-desk configuration. Use the remote to make speed changes during a session, and adjust the manual incline when you want to vary the effort. The app provides real-time exercise metrics to help you keep track of activity. After use, the wheeled design can help with moving the treadmill to another spot indoors.

## Should you buy it?

Choose the Superun if you want a treadmill that can shift between supported walking and an under-desk setup, rather than a pad dedicated to one configuration. Its 6% manual incline, remote speed control, app tracking and quiet 2.5 HP motor support varied indoor routines, while the 300 lb capacity and detachable handrails make it well suited to everyday walking and more focused exercise at home or in the office.
