## Description

## Who it’s for
A home routine that covers both face and body calls for a light panel that can be positioned for different areas. The SUNKENET LTFL003 combines visible 660nm red light and invisible 850nm infrared light in a freestanding design, with five energy levels and four modes for adjusting the session to your preference.

Its adjustable stand and compact rectangular panel make it practical to place near a chair or another spot where you can read, watch TV or work. The corded lamp is intended for daily use, with product guidance describing sessions of 15–30 minutes.

## What stands out
The 50W panel has 280 LEDs: 140 at 660nm and 140 at 850nm. Having both wavelengths in one unit means you can use a single panel for a red-and-infrared light routine, rather than choosing a device built around only one of these light types. The panel’s arc design and honeycomb openings are intended to focus the light, while the independent stand lets you direct it towards different body areas.

Five energy levels and four modes give you settings to choose from as part of your routine. The 1.2m stand supports height and angle adjustment, and a 3m power cord gives you room to position the lamp near your chosen spot. For someone comparing a handheld light with a standing panel, this design offers a set-up that can remain in place while you settle into another activity.

## What matters most
The LTFL003 is a 50W, floor-mounted lamp measuring 30 x 42 x 13 centimetres. Its black rectangular panel uses ABS and iron, and it runs on corded electric power. A hook is also listed among the product features, alongside the stand and power cord.

Think about where the panel will sit and which areas you want to direct it towards. For example, place the stand beside a chair and adjust its height and angle to aim the light towards the intended area while you read or relax. Its standalone format suits a home routine where you want the panel ready to position without holding a handheld device throughout the session.

Buyers describe the lamp as straightforward to set up and use, and some mention finding the light relaxing. Those impressions can help set expectations for day-to-day use, while the five levels and four modes provide the product’s practical adjustment options.

## Before you decide
**Which wavelengths does the LTFL003 use?** It has 140 LEDs at 660nm red light and 140 at 850nm infrared light, for 280 LEDs in total.

**Can I adjust its settings?** Yes. The lamp provides five energy levels and four modes, so you can select from the available settings for your routine.

**How long are the suggested sessions?** The product information describes daily sessions of 15–30 minutes for use on the body and face.

## Is it worth it?
For someone looking for one freestanding panel for a home red-light routine, the SUNKENET LTFL003 brings two listed wavelengths, multiple settings and an adjustable stand together in a single 50W lamp. Its face-and-body format and positionable panel make it a considered choice for regular sessions at home, whether you prefer to sit nearby or incorporate the light into a quiet activity.
