## Description

Some cooks want separate surfaces for different ingredients, others need a board that can handle a range of prep jobs. The Sumzzz TI-0107 set offers both approaches with a double-sided design in three sizes.

One side is made from food-grade 99.9% pure titanium, while the reverse is wheat straw PP. Use the titanium side for raw or cooked meat and the PP side for fruit and vegetables, keeping different parts of meal prep organized.

A built-in juice groove and garlic-and-ginger grinding area add useful prep functions to the PP side. Choose a board size to suit the task, from a quick fruit snack to a larger meal-prep session.

## Practical tips
Choose the titanium surface for meat, and use the PP surface for fruit and vegetables. This two-surface arrangement gives each task a designated side, which can be helpful when preparing several ingredients for the same meal. The set also suits cooks who would rather select a board by task size than work with one fixed-size surface.

Use the groove on the PP side to catch juices during prep, it can hold up to 200 ml. The textured grinding area is designed for garlic and ginger, adding a small prep step directly to the board. A built-in handle and round hanging hole make the boards easier to carry and hang between uses.

## Usage tips
Hand wash the boards, clean them promptly after cutting meat or vegetables, and hang them to dry. For a practical meal-prep routine, start with produce on the PP side, then use the titanium surface for meat. The different materials and dedicated surfaces make it easier to keep those tasks distinct while preparing ingredients on the counter.

The smaller size is handy for compact jobs such as slicing fruit or cheese, while the larger sizes provide more working area for bread, fish, vegetables, or meat. After prep, the juice groove helps contain liquid on the PP side, and the hanging hole offers a simple way to store a board within reach.

Buyers have responded positively to the ease of cleaning, appearance, and choice of sizes, with some also appreciating the double-sided layout. Feedback is mixed on scratch resistance and material quality, so the practical reason to choose this set is its combination of two prep surfaces, three sizes, and built-in functions—not a promise that every surface will remain mark-free.

## When it makes sense
This set is a useful fit for everyday cooking that moves between produce, meat, bread, cheese, or fish. Compared with choosing a single-size board, having three sizes lets you match the work surface to the task, while the titanium-and-PP pairing gives each side a distinct role. It is especially handy when a meal involves several ingredients and you want a groove for juices or a dedicated spot to grind garlic and ginger. For cooks who value flexible prep space and clear separation between tasks, the Sumzzz TI-0107 brings those benefits together in one set.
