## Description

## Technical overview

Keep incoming documents, notebooks and loose office supplies sorted at your desk with the SUBEKYU Office Paper Organizer with File Holder. Its four sliding letter trays and separate file holder create distinct places for papers and folders, making it easier to see what needs attention and keep the work surface orderly. The blue metal-mesh design combines open storage with a powder-coated finish for a practical everyday desk accessory.

The five-compartment layout gives you more ways to separate desk essentials than a single paper tray, while keeping them together in one organiser.

- Type: Tiered desk organiser with letter trays and file holder
- Size: 36L x 23W x 8H centimetres
- Colour: Blue
- Material: Metal mesh
- Finish: Powder coated

## Practical tips

Use the four trays to sort documents by task, urgency or destination, then keep folders and magazines upright in the file holder. For example, a home office user can keep current paperwork in one tray, reference material in another and notebooks or incoming pages in the remaining spaces. At a shared desk, the same separation can help keep active documents apart from supplies waiting to be filed.

Would a single tray make it harder to keep different papers separate? This tiered format gives each group its own place, so you can retrieve what you need without turning one mixed stack into several. The trays slide for access, and the mesh construction leaves the stored items visible at a glance. Its 36L x 23W x 8H centimetres footprint is intended for desktop organization, with multiple storage areas arranged in one unit.

Assembly uses the supplied installation manual and requires no extra tools. To care for the organiser, wipe it with a damp cloth. The metal mesh and powder-coated finish suit a practical setup for everyday document sorting at home, school or the office.

## What you get

The organiser is designed with four paper trays and one file holder, giving you five compartments for documents and desk essentials. Use the trays for loose sheets, including A4 paper, notebooks or active paperwork, and reserve the file holder for items you want to keep upright, such as folders or magazines. Keeping these categories together makes it simpler to maintain a consistent place for each type of item, rather than spreading storage across separate trays and holders.

This arrangement works well when a desk needs to serve several purposes throughout the day. School notes can stay apart from office paperwork, while reference documents remain accessible without taking over the main work area. The open mesh design also makes it easy to see the contents as you reach for the right section.

## Final verdict

For anyone looking to bring loose papers and folders into one organized desktop setup, this SUBEKYU organiser offers a useful combination of four sliding trays and a dedicated file holder. Its blue, powder-coated metal-mesh construction and five-part layout support everyday sorting at home, school or work, with separate spaces for papers, notebooks and upright files.
