## Description

A short indoor cardio session fits easily into a home routine with the StoneGrit RT - 001 40inch rebounder. Its foldable frame helps free up floor space when the workout is done.

The adjustable handle gives you support while bouncing, whether you are starting with a steady pace or adding more movement to your routine.

Twenty-eight 8 mm bungee cords provide the rebound, while the metal frame and safety pad complete a design made for home exercise.

## Quick overview

This 40-inch fitness trampoline combines a foldable frame with an adjustable handle bar, making it practical for a living room, apartment or home gym. The handle adjusts through three levels, from 28 to 36 inches, so users can set it to a comfortable position for their height and workout style. Its padded foam grip offers a supported hold during movement.

Instead of a spring-based rebound, the trampoline uses 28 bungee cords with an 8 mm thickness. The cord system is designed for a smooth, quieter bounce, which can suit home workouts when keeping noise down matters. A safety pad covers the frame area, and the six-leg base has wide rubber feet to help keep the unit stable during exercise. The maximum recommended weight is 204.12 kg.

## How it fits

The foldable design is useful when a dedicated workout area is not available. After a session, fold the trampoline to store it under a bed or in a closet, then bring it out when you are ready to exercise again. That makes it easier to keep a home workout routine without leaving a full-size piece of equipment set up in the room.

For a practical session, set the handle to a comfortable height and begin with controlled bounces. The rebounder can also be used as part of a more energetic cardio routine, with the handle providing a steady point of support as you move. Its 40-inch frame gives you a defined exercise space for bouncing at home.

## Who it’s for

This model suits people looking for a compact rebounder for indoor cardio, balance work or regular movement at home. The adjustable handle is useful for users who want extra support while they exercise, and the foldable frame is a helpful feature when storage space is shared with everyday living. It also offers a quieter-style alternative to a spring rebounder, thanks to its bungee-cord system.

## Practical questions

**How high can the handle be adjusted?** The handle has three adjustment levels, ranging from 28 to 36 inches. Its padded foam grip provides a comfortable place to hold during a workout.

**Can it be stored between sessions?** Yes. The frame folds for storage, including under a bed or in a closet, so the rebounder can be put away to reclaim floor space.

**What is the recommended maximum user weight?** The maximum weight recommendation is 204.12 kg. Use the rebounder on a stable surface and keep your movements controlled, especially when getting started.

## Final verdict

The StoneGrit RT - 001 40inch brings together a foldable frame, an adjustable support handle and a 28-cord bungee rebound in one home fitness trampoline. It is a practical fit for anyone who wants a dedicated spot for indoor bouncing without keeping workout equipment permanently on display.
