## Description

For walkers, joggers and fitness enthusiasts looking to add adjustable resistance to movement, the Sportneer ankle and wrist weights let you tailor the load by removing or adding sand pockets. The pair can reach 7 lb in total, making it easy to choose a lighter or heavier setup for different exercises.

A neoprene exterior, moisture-absorbing inner material and adjustable straps help keep the weights comfortable and in place as you move.

## Strengths

Each weight has five removable sand pockets, so you can change the load instead of relying on one fixed weight. Use the pair for walking or aerobics, then adjust the resistance for a gym session, core training or another part of your routine. The maximum is 3.5 lb per weight, or 7 lb for the pair.

The neoprene exterior and soft, breathable, moisture-absorbing material inside are designed for comfortable wear. Reinforced stitching and durable trim support regular use, while the hook-and-loop straps and metal D-rings help hold each weight in position. Buyers often praise the adjustability and comfort, feedback on ease of use is mixed.

## What to know

These weights are designed for use on the ankles or wrists. The straps have extended hook-and-loop webbing, and the stated fit range is for ankle circumferences of 7–11 inches. The metal D-ring helps keep the strap secured as you move, while the removable pockets let you adapt the resistance to the activity.

Why choose an adjustable pair over a fixed-weight design? The removable pockets make it possible to vary the load with the same set, which is useful when you want a lighter setup for a walk and a different resistance level for strength or fitness exercises. The pair is supplied as two weights, with a maximum combined weight of 7 lb.

## Best use cases

Wear the pair during walking, jogging, aerobics or other workouts when you want added resistance as part of your movement routine. They can also be used for gym and core-training exercises, or as part of physical therapy. For example, you could remove pockets to set up a lighter pair for a walk, then adjust the load before a workout that calls for more resistance. Follow the guidance of a qualified health professional when using weights as part of a physical therapy plan.

## Buying verdict

A solid pick if you want one wearable pair that can be adjusted with removable sand pockets rather than a single fixed load. The 7 lb pair maximum, soft neoprene construction and adjustable straps make these Sportneer weights a practical fit for varied walking, jogging and fitness routines, with options for ankle or wrist use.
