The SPOOBOOLA EMS-08L also offers auto, strobe and sound-activated modes, so you can choose an effect to suit the music or the mood. Use it for a birthday, family gathering, wedding or small event at home. Place it on a table facing a wall, or mount it overhead and angle the light towards the floor or out into the room. ## Getting the most from it Choose auto mode for changing colours and patterns, strobe mode for a flashing effect, or sound control to have the light change with surrounding music. The beam can show red, green, or both together, while the backdrop offers six colour combinations. You can switch the beam and background on or off independently, which gives you a straightforward way to adjust the overall look for a quieter gathering or a more energetic dance space. The included remote lets you adjust the light speed, and speed can also be changed using the control on the unit. For a practical setup, place the light where its projection has a clear path to a wall or open area, then use the remote to fine-tune the pace without interrupting the gathering. Its compact dimensions of 12 x 10.4 x 6 centimetres make it easy to position on a table, ceiling or track mounting is another option when you want to angle the effects down into the room. ## What stands out Rather than relying on a single static colour, the EMS-08L layers beam colours with a separate LED backdrop. The three lens arrangement and selectable combinations create several looks from one unit, making it a useful choice when you want a dedicated party effect without setting up multiple lights. The sound-activated mode adds a music-led option, while auto and strobe modes provide alternatives when you prefer the light to run without following the music. Want a simple way to add movement and colour to a home celebration? The remote-controlled speed and multiple operating modes make it easy to shift the atmosphere as the event changes, from background lighting during conversation to a more active effect for dancing. Buyers often praise the light show and its party appeal, while feedback on sound response and the degree of control is mixed. ## Worth noting The unit is powered by a corded electric supply, and the package includes the light, power supply, round base, remote control and manual. Set it on a table for a direct projection or use the stated ceiling or track mounting options to aim it into the space. The light is listed at 436 g, so it is straightforward to move between suitable setups. This is a focused party light, not a general room lamp: its value is in the changing patterns, coloured backdrop and sound-responsive effect. If you are choosing between a fixed-colour decorative light and a unit with several selectable effects, these modes offer more ways to tailor the look to a celebration or entertainment space. ## Final verdict For DJs, hosts and anyone planning a party, the SPOOBOOLA EMS-08L brings red-and-green patterns, six backdrop colour combinations and three operating modes into a compact, remote-controlled unit. It suits home celebrations and other entertainment settings where a changing light show can help create a more festive atmosphere. ## Images ![SPOOBOOLA EMS-08L Party DJ Light with Red-Green Patterns and Colour Backdrop — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/sWLhetdV04QeVv53lG9Xj3PTqk3_rBqWtwwlOWMpEj5A-R2iBRSh-BLm7iFy3122dRmFXWZ945XKdxASbIr4Bza1m7EUIrlCSWb_g0dNIXCKAGfIrJQIyzpCOw.jpg) ![SPOOBOOLA EMS-08L Party DJ Light with Red-Green Patterns and Colour Backdrop — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/0hpEmm_yuY3eFApduAAXUBCI31kNM27gCtA9eKtfqaZUkpOZ7fkHCJz5WuzmBHTQLbiDHxNI1wuNEAyRwx2x9vkPUgILNqR_VWJtUWy55FbmxZwiGEoLjVnlHg.jpg) ![SPOOBOOLA EMS-08L Party DJ Light with Red-Green Patterns and Colour Backdrop — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/ff9qoUY9Pv3QOJqx2uO8AF5Acbz1V3iLZR5zZkVn4InfmQfdFN254aiLro-3AYM5q8pnKP4O_BKQvZQeuP77CEQOn_cP2TvHT2gZDyZGBPzCESs3.jpg) ![SPOOBOOLA EMS-08L Party DJ Light with Red-Green Patterns and Colour Backdrop — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/TMYMR7lOm4ZNWbplyQhugqtJnEY0N7O5L2UkBV3B0ZOR-W2V7dXrS-am6uWwrydRvSqKqqBBEntGAGnd_oVQqfzXVpdHGssed-Xc09vp7pF6LoXcYosQ3EvFRA.jpg) ![SPOOBOOLA EMS-08L Party DJ Light with Red-Green Patterns and Colour Backdrop — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/QWDf2Kom-2fgpOxfOjj8qwUkDYbUgvUgqZ_JUgA69F92Ye9iNT8VYvmx05YLh84smrTnIQT584ecgfEm5qB1wERASNnxwU3P12yEQI08OEGojhg6NRIAdu7ubA.jpg)
