## Description

The over-ear Soundcore Space One pairs 40 mm dynamic drivers with adaptive active noise cancellation. LDAC support brings Hi-Res Wireless audio to Bluetooth listening, while custom EQ and app control let you tailor your setup. With ANC on, enjoy up to 40 hours of playtime for commutes, travel and listening sessions away from a charger.

## The essentials
Adaptive ANC detects external sound and sound leakage, then adjusts noise reduction to help keep distractions in the background. Soundcore reports up to 98% noise reduction in its laboratory testing, and the headphones provide 2× more voice reduction than the soundcore Life Q30. That focus on mid- to high-frequency voices is useful on a busy train or in a café, where surrounding conversation can interrupt music or a podcast.

The 40 mm dynamic drivers support LDAC for Hi-Res Wireless audio, with the brand describing up to three times more detail than standard Bluetooth codecs. Use the soundcore app to adjust the EQ to your listening preferences. For calls, three microphones and an AI algorithm help capture your voice. Bluetooth 5.3 supports wireless listening with cell phones, laptops and tablets.

Battery life is rated at up to 40 hours with ANC on and 55 hours with ANC off. When you need a quick top-up, a five-minute charge is listed as providing four hours of playtime. These figures make it easier to plan longer listening stretches without treating charging as part of every outing.

## On-body feel
Rotating ear cups turn by 8° to follow the shape of your head, while the soft integrated headband spreads pressure for extended wear. At approximately 259 g, the Space One is designed for all-day listening, whether you are moving between work and transit or settling in with a playlist at home. The over-ear design keeps the ear cups around your ears, and the adjustable sound settings let you shape the listening experience without changing headphones.

Buyers often praise the sound, noise cancellation, fit and battery life, with comfort also appearing as a positive theme. Their impressions of durability vary, so feedback is more consistent about the everyday listening experience than long-term wear.

## Best use cases
For a commute, adaptive ANC and voice reduction help make music or spoken audio easier to focus on amid surrounding conversation. At a café or shared office, you can adjust the EQ in the app to suit what you are listening to, then use the three-microphone system for calls. On a trip, the stated 40-hour ANC playtime supports extended listening between charges, switching ANC off provides a rated 55 hours when you want to prioritize playtime.

Compared with a basic wireless pair without active noise cancellation, the Space One makes sense for listeners who want both Bluetooth convenience and an adjustable approach to surrounding sound. It also suits people who value LDAC-supported wireless audio and app-based EQ rather than relying on a fixed sound profile.

## When it makes sense
Choose the Space One if your routine moves between noisy travel, focused listening and calls, and you want noise cancellation, sound customization and long stated playtime in one over-ear pair. Its rotating cups and soft headband support longer sessions, while LDAC and 40 mm drivers add a clear audio focus. For everyday listening at home, at work or on the go, it brings practical control over both sound and distractions.
