## Description

At 160 x 54 x 106 cm, the Soozier A91-062V00BU brings an adjustable bench setup to a home training space. Its foldable design makes it easier to reclaim floor space when a workout is done.

Choose from seven backrest positions, including flat, incline and decline, to suit different strength and abdominal exercises. The padded seat and backrest add support as you move between exercises.

Would an adjustable bench make more sense than a fixed flat bench for your routine? The range of backrest positions lets you vary your setup for sit-ups, push-ups and upper-body training.

## Size & fit

The bench measures 160 x 54 x 106 cm, with a listed size of 63" L x 21.25" W x 41.75" H, and weighs 11.79 kg. Its folding format is useful in a home gym where workout equipment needs to be put away between sessions. For example, set it up for a strength workout, then fold it away to clear the floor for other activities.

The backrest adjusts across seven positions, covering flat, incline and decline configurations. That flexibility supports varied exercise routines without relying on a separate fixed bench for each position. Foam rollers provide knee and ankle support, while the elbow pad adjusts from 30.75" to 32.25" to suit different exercise setups.

## Where it shines

This bench is designed for more than dumbbell presses. Its adjustable backrest suits sit-ups, push-ups, abdominal work and upper-body training, making it a practical centrepiece for a varied home routine. The included rope and spring add further workout options, while the padded seat and backrest have an EVA cover that is easy to clean.

For someone choosing between a basic flat bench and a more adaptable workout station, the Soozier combines multiple backrest positions with knee and ankle rollers and an adjustable elbow pad. It also accommodates counterweights with a 1" diameter, the load bar has a maximum capacity of 55 lbs. These details help you plan a setup around the exercises and weights you use.
