## Description

For a kitchen where counter space is limited, this SONGMICS dish drying rack adjusts from 11.9 to 18.3 inches wide. Keep it compact for everyday washing, then expand it when you need more room for dishes.

The drainboard and 360° swivel spout guide water into the sink from different angles, helping keep the counter clear of puddles. A separate cutlery holder has its own water-guiding design.

Made for freestanding use, the rack suits small kitchens, apartments and households of one or two. Its compact format also makes it a practical fit for dishwashing in a travel trailer or motorhome.

## Everyday use

After washing up, arrange plates, bowls and cups in the rack and place cutlery in the holder. It holds up to six plates, with widened slots for deeper plates or woks and regular slots for standard dishes. The ventilated structure allows air to circulate around items as they dry, while the drainboard channels water towards the sink instead of leaving it pooled on the counter.

The adjustable width gives you a useful alternative to a fixed-size drainer: keep the rack narrower when washing a few items, or extend it for a fuller load. For a small kitchen, that flexibility helps make better use of the available counter space without changing how you wash and organize dishes.

## What stands out

The swivel spout can turn 360° to direct water into the sink from multiple angles, making it easier to position the rack beside different sink layouts. The cutlery holder also guides water towards the sink, while the ventilated design supports airflow around drying dishes. Together, these features help keep the drying area more orderly between washes.

The powder-coated steel frame is described as rust-resistant and water-resistant. Rubber feet help keep the rack stable and reduce noise while helping protect delicate counters from scratches. For mobile kitchens, the rack’s adjustable, compact design brings a dedicated place for washed dishes without taking up a large footprint when kept narrow.

## Practical questions

How wide is the rack? It adjusts from 11.9 to 18.3 inches, so you can choose a narrower or wider setup to suit the space and the amount of washing.

How does water drain? The drainboard directs water towards the sink, and the 360° swivel spout lets you aim the flow from different angles.

What can it hold? It holds up to six plates, as well as bowls, cups and cutlery. Widened slots accommodate deeper plates or woks, while regular slots are suited to standard dishes.

## When it makes sense

Choose this SONGMICS rack when you want dish storage that can adapt to your counter rather than occupy one fixed width. Its adjustable design, sink-directed drainage and separate cutlery holder make it especially useful for compact kitchens and mobile living spaces where keeping the drying area organized matters.
