Compatibility

The torch fits small butane tanks from any brand, including tanks with long or short nozzles. Depending on the nozzle, refill directly or use the included red adapter to extend it. This flexibility makes it easier to use the torch with the small butane tank format you have on hand, rather than relying on one specific brand.

How to use it

Use the thumb-accessible regulator to adjust the flame, then engage the flame lock when you want it to continue burning without holding the button. Piezo ignition supports operation at different angles, while the transparent gauge at the base helps you keep an eye on the fuel level, use the MAX line as a guide when refilling.

For refills, use high-purity butane fuel of 85% purity or higher, and do not exceed five seconds of inflation time. After the first use or a canister change, press the purge valve for three to five seconds to release air from the line. Keep the torch away from children and avoid continuous burning for more than five minutes. For a kitchen task such as finishing a dish, or a small craft project, adjustable flame control lets you tailor the flame to the task. Compared with a basic fixed-flame lighter, the Sondiko offers a lock, an adjustable regulator and a visible fuel gauge in one handheld tool.

Buyers often praise its ease of use and quality, while opinions are mixed on refillability, durability, flame strength, reliability and ignition performance. The built-in controls and gauge provide practical features for everyday torch work, while user feedback reflects varied experiences with operation over time.

What to clarify

Can I use a different brand of butane tank? Yes. It is designed for small butane tanks from any brand, with long or short nozzles, use the included adapter when you need to extend the nozzle.

How do I manage a refill? Use high-purity butane, follow the MAX line and keep inflation to five seconds or less. The transparent gauge helps you monitor the fuel level.

Can it stay lit without holding the control? The continuous-flame mode and flame lock button allow the flame to remain on without continuous button pressure. Avoid continuous burning for more than five minutes.
