## Description

At 104 × 58 × 93 cm, the SogesPower Roman chair gives a home workout space a dedicated station for back extensions and other floor-based strength movements. Its steel frame and padded contact points support a focused training setup. Choose between adjustable positioning for varied exercises and a simpler fixed bench for a single setup. This model also folds for storage when the workout is done.

## Best use cases
Use the bench for back extensions that engage the lower back, glutes, hamstrings and core. The adjustable angle lets you select among three positions from 30° to 60°, while seven height settings help tailor the support to the user. That flexibility is useful when you want to vary your position or share the bench at home rather than work with one fixed configuration.

For a practical session, set the bench to a comfortable position, secure your feet against the padded supports and perform controlled back extensions. The padded handlebars offer a place to hold during movement, and the non-slip rubber feet are designed to help keep the frame in place. The bench can also be used for movements such as lateral bends and prone rows, giving a home gym more than one way to train with a single piece of equipment. Follow a controlled range of motion and use a position that feels stable before starting each exercise.

## Tech summary
- Material: Alloy steel frame
- Dimensions: 104 × 58 × 93 cm
- Maximum weight capacity: 99.79 kg
- Adjustments: Three angles from 30° to 60° and seven height settings
- Design: Foldable, with padded supports and non-slip rubber feet

## Pros
The main advantage is the combination of adjustability and a foldable design. A fixed-position bench is suited to a consistent setup, while this Roman chair offers angle and height changes for different users and exercise choices. When space is shared with other home activities, folding the unit makes it easier to put away between workouts.

The steel frame provides the structure for back-extension training, while thick, high-density foam padding adds contact comfort at the support points. Padded, non-slip handlebars give you a handhold during exercises, and the non-slip feet are a practical feature for a home workout area. These details make the bench useful for targeted lower-body and core sessions without needing a separate station for each movement.

Customer feedback highlights the bench’s usefulness for lower-back strengthening and the convenience of folding it for storage. Some buyers, however, describe it as wobbly or less solid than expected. Set it up on a stable, level surface and use the adjustment that suits your position before beginning a set.

## Final verdict
This SogesPower Roman chair is suited to home users looking for an adjustable station for back extensions, hamstring and glute work, and core-focused movements. Its three angle options, seven height settings and foldable frame make it a practical choice when exercise variety and storage matter alongside a dedicated back-extension setup. It’s a good fit if you want one bench that can adapt to several movements and be folded away after training.
