Shark HP072CPK NeverChange Compact Pro Air Purifier with Real-Time Air Quality Monitor

For bedrooms, nurseries, home offices and dorm rooms, the Shark NeverChange Compact Pro is designed to purify spaces up to 250 square feet. Its compact format suits rooms where a dedicated air purifier is useful without taking up the focus of the space.

The CleanSense IQ display shows air quality changes in real time, giving you a visible way to follow the purifier’s response as it runs. The corded design is made for a set place in your room, with touch controls for straightforward operation.

Long-lasting NeverChange filtration, a washable Debris Defense screen and an odour neutralizer cartridge make this a practical choice for everyday indoor air care. The included parts are ready to address particles such as dust, pet dander, pollen and smoke.

Who it’s for

This model is suited to anyone looking for a compact purifier for a bedroom, nursery, home office, dorm room or apartment. Its rated coverage is up to 250 square feet in one hour, based on AHAM AC-1 at one air change per hour. That makes it a room-focused option for people who want to monitor and improve air quality in a specific living or working area rather than choose a purifier around broader whole-home coverage.

It can be especially relevant in a room where dust, pet dander, pollen or smoke are concerns. A real-time air quality display adds a useful point of reference during daily use, while the washable screen helps manage larger debris such as hair and dust before it builds up on the HEPA filter.

Pros

The Anti-Allergen NanoSeal filter is described as exceeding HEPA standards, capturing 99.98% of particles in the 0.1–0.2 micron range based on IEST-RP-CC007.3. It is designed to capture pollutants including pet dander, pollen, powder and smoke. The CleanSense IQ display makes changes in air quality visible, rather than leaving you to rely on guesswork.

NeverChange filtration is designed for up to five years of use. The removable Debris Defense screen can be vacuumed, wiped or rinsed, making routine cleaning a simple part of upkeep. For shoppers comparing a purifier that relies on regular filter replacements with one built around long-lasting filtration, this model offers a different approach to ongoing maintenance. A Debris Defense washable filter, NeverChange HEPA filter and odour neutralizer cartridge are included.

Customer feedback also highlights perceived effectiveness, with some buyers saying they noticed a difference in their indoor air after a day of use. These are individual impressions, while the monitor and filtration features provide the product’s documented basis for everyday use.
