## Description

For indoor sunlight therapy, the samtoo CM022 brings full-spectrum, UV-free LED light into a home office, bedroom or living room. Its floor-standing design gives you a dedicated light source for a morning routine or time spent reading and working indoors.

Choose from four colour temperatures and five brightness levels to suit the task and time of day. The edge-lit lamp also offers touch and remote control, so you can adjust the light from beside the lamp or from your seat.

Need a lamp that can adapt to different spaces? Three tool-free height settings and a rotatable head let you position the light for more than one kind of indoor activity.

## Size & fit
Set the lamp to 20.5", 36.2" or 51.9" to suit the space and how you plan to use it. Its head rotates through 180°, making it easier to direct the light when switching between a seated task and a reading spot. The floor-mount format works as a standalone light in an indoor room, while the different height settings offer more flexibility than a fixed-height lamp.

## Benefits
The lamp provides 12,000 lux at 12 inches and uses full-spectrum LED light without UV. Flicker-free illumination and an edge-lit design create an even glow for reading, working or other indoor routines. For light therapy, the manufacturer recommends a morning session of 20 to 30 minutes, avoid looking directly at the LEDs.

Adjustable colour and brightness make the lamp useful beyond a single routine. Choose from 1800K amber, 3000K warm white, 4500K natural white or 6000K daylight, then select one of five brightness levels from 5% to 100%. That range lets you tailor the light for a calm evening setting, general tasks or a brighter work area. The smart memory function recalls the last-used colour temperature and brightness when the lamp is turned on again.
