## Description

Choosing between cooking directly on grill grates and using a broad, flat surface comes down to the food you want to make. This Rushare cast iron griddle gives you room for burgers, steaks, vegetables, pancakes and bacon in one place. Its size suits backyard meals, camping and tailgating, as well as indoor meal prep. A grease groove and side handles add useful details for everyday cooking.

## Practical tips

Use the flat cooking surface when you want to prepare foods that benefit from steady contact across a broad area, such as pancakes, bacon or sliced vegetables. It also brings burgers and steaks together on the same surface, making it easier to cook a varied meal in one session. For a family gathering or a tailgate, the 23" x 16" format offers space to cook several kinds of food without relying on the grill grates alone.

The griddle is designed for most gas and charcoal grills and 4-burner stoves. Position it on a compatible cooking surface before use, and use its dual side handles to move it between the kitchen and grill. The built-in concave groove collects excess grease as you cook, helping keep it contained rather than spilling onto the cooking area. That makes the design especially practical for foods that release oil.

## Technical overview

- Material: Cast iron with a matte enamel coating
- Size: 23" x 16"
- Dimensions: 58.6L x 40.5W x 6.5Th centimetres
- Colour: Black
- Shape: Rectangular
- Compatibility: Most gas and charcoal grills, 4-burner stoves
- Design: Reinforced X-shaped ridges, a concave grease groove and dual side handles

The cast iron construction is designed to retain heat and distribute it evenly across the surface, supporting consistent cooking. The matte enamel coating is described as food-grade, non-toxic and rust-resistant, with a surface that helps food release. Reinforced X-shaped ridges add stability and help resist warping or deformation. Together, these features make the griddle a sturdy choice for regular meals at home and cooking away from home.

## Why it makes sense

A flat top changes how you can use a grill: instead of placing every ingredient on open grates, you gain a continuous surface for foods that are easier to turn or keep together. That can be useful when breakfast, vegetables and mains are all on the menu, or when smaller ingredients would be awkward to manage on a grill. The grease channel is another practical distinction, collecting excess oil as you cook and helping reduce spills and flare-ups.

For a backyard barbecue, set it over a compatible grill to prepare burgers alongside vegetables. For a camping or tailgating meal, the same broad surface gives you a straightforward way to cook several items together. At home, its compatibility with 4-burner stoves supports indoor meal prep, so the griddle can serve more than one cooking setting.

## Final verdict

This Rushare griddle is well suited to cooks who want the flexibility of a flat cooking surface across grill, stove and outdoor meal settings. Cast iron, reinforced ridges, a grease groove and dual handles give it clear practical value for preparing a varied spread, from breakfast favourites to barbecue staples.
