## Description

Some holiday gifts are opened all at once, this calendar turns the countdown to Christmas into a new train-themed surprise each day. It’s designed for children who enjoy hands-on play and building their own railway scene.

Starting on December 1, kids can open a surprise each day through Christmas Eve. The growing collection gives the countdown a simple activity to share at home.

Wooden track, magnetic train cars and a matching track map bring the daily surprises together in a play setup children can build, rearrange and move along the railway.

## How to use it
Open one calendar surprise each day, beginning December 1 and continuing through Christmas Eve. As the collection grows, children can use the wooden track and matching map to assemble a holiday railway scene. The map offers a visual guide for building, while the magnetic connections make it easy to join and rearrange the train cars.

Once the track is assembled, kids can push the train along the railway and add the other pieces to the scene. It also lends itself to parent-child play: take turns opening a surprise, connecting the train and deciding where each piece belongs. For families choosing between a single gift-opening moment and an activity spread across the season, the daily format makes this calendar part of the December routine.

## Why it’s worth it
This is both an Advent countdown and a wooden train play set. Each day adds to the railway experience, so the calendar can move from anticipation to hands-on building and imaginative play. The track map helps children get started, and magnetic connections let them change the train arrangement as they play.

The pieces can be brought together into a holiday scene and used again for train play beyond the daily countdown. That combination makes the calendar useful for shared family activity as well as independent arranging and pushing the train along the track. It’s suited to Christmas and the Advent season, and the gift box also makes it suitable for occasions such as birthdays, New Year celebrations and family gift exchanges.

## Key features
The set is made from natural wood, with smooth surfaces and rounded edges for hands-on play. Wooden track pieces create the railway, while magnetic train connections make it straightforward to join and rearrange the cars. A matching track map provides a guide for building the scene.

The calendar has 24 daily surprises with train-themed pieces, including engines, cars, traffic signs, mini vehicles and Christmas figures. Together, the track and themed pieces support both building and imaginative play, giving children more than one way to use the growing collection.

## What to clarify
**When does the countdown begin?** Open the first surprise on December 1, then continue daily through Christmas Eve.

**How can children build the railway?** Use the matching track map as a guide while arranging the wooden track pieces into a holiday railway scene.

**How do the train cars connect?** Magnetic connections let children join and rearrange the cars, then push the assembled train along the wooden track.

## Should you buy it?
Choose the RONSTONE calendar for a child who enjoys trains, building and a daily Christmas countdown. Its wooden railway, magnetic train connections and matching map bring the surprises into a reusable play scene, making it a fitting choice for hands-on holiday activity and time together as a family.
