## Description

For mixed-floor homes that need regular help with dust, crumbs and pet hair, the roborock Qrevo 2 Pro combines vacuuming and mopping with features designed for carpet and hard-floor routines. Its 20,000 Pa suction, edge-focused mop and multifunction dock help take care of everyday cleaning with less hands-on attention.

Use the app to map rooms and set cleaning preferences, or choose button control on the robot. The white Qrevo 2 Pro is designed for indoor floor care across surfaces including carpet, marble, wood and tile.

## Practical tips

Set up the home map first, then use the app’s room and no-go zone controls to tailor where the robot cleans. Multi-floor mapping supports homes with more than one level, while scheduled and customized cleaning helps fit floor care around a household’s routine. The product supports 2.4G Wi-Fi for app-connected features.

For a home with rugs alongside hard flooring, its carpet care sequence is designed to vacuum carpets before mopping, lift the mop module by up to 15 mm and automatically remove the mop when needed. Smart carpet cleaning also boosts suction on carpets. This helps coordinate vacuuming and mopping across different floor types without treating every room as the same surface.

## Strengths

Pet hair and long hair can wrap around brush systems and add to routine upkeep. The Dual Zero-Tangle System pairs an anti-tangle side brush with the DuoDivide main brush to help minimize hair wrap while lifting fur and debris. The reversible side brush is designed to reach into corners, and FlexiArm extends the mop close to walls for edge cleaning.

The multifunction dock handles several recurring tasks: it empties dust, refills the water tank, washes the mop with 65°C water and dries it with 45°C warm air. For shoppers choosing between a vacuum-only robot and a combined floor-care system, the Qrevo 2 Pro brings vacuuming, mopping and dock-based mop care together in one setup. Buyer feedback also highlights the mapping experience and quiet operation, alongside positive comments about day-to-day cleaning.

## Quick overview

- Type: Robot vacuum and mop
- Suction: 20,000 Pa
- Navigation: LiDAR with Reactive Tech obstacle avoidance
- Mop care: 65°C self-cleaning and 45°C warm-air drying
- Controls: App control and button control
- Colour: White

A practical example is a scheduled clean through the main living areas: the robot can map the layout, vacuum mixed flooring, adjust carpet cleaning and mop hard floors, while the dock takes care of emptying and mop maintenance. SmartPlan 3.0 adapts cleaning based on the home, floor types and cleaning history.

## Before you decide

**Which floor surfaces is it designed to clean?** It is recommended for carpet, marble, wood and tile. Its carpet features include automatic suction boost, mop lifting and automatic mop removal for carpet cleaning.

**How does it help with pet hair?** The Dual Zero-Tangle System is designed to reduce hair wrap, while 20,000 Pa suction supports picking up pet hair from floors and carpets.

**What does the multifunction dock do?** It empties the robot’s dust, refills its water tank, washes the mop with 65°C water and dries it with 45°C warm air.

## Should you buy it?

Worth considering if you want one robot to manage both vacuuming and mopping across a mix of hard floors and carpets. Its edge-focused cleaning, pet-hair features, room mapping and multifunction dock make it especially suited to households looking to automate more of their regular floor-care routine.
