## Description

After a workout or a long day on your feet, the REVIX REX162pack2 wraps make it easy to apply cold compression around a knee. The two-piece set is designed for reusable cold therapy at home.

A soft plush side sits against the skin, while adjustable straps hold each wrap in place for hands-free use. Apply it while sitting, lying down or standing.

The flexible gel remains pliable when frozen, helping the wrap follow the shape of the knee. It can also be used on elbows, calves and wrists.

## How to use it

Place a wrap in the freezer until ready to use, then secure it around the knee with the adjustable straps. The plush cover is designed for direct application without wrapping the pack in a towel, and helps the knee adjust gradually to the cold. Its covered surface also helps manage condensation during use. The straps keep the pack in position, so you can sit or lie down and continue with a quiet break, or use it while standing.

The set contains two reusable wraps, making it practical to have a cold pack ready for recurring recovery routines. A storage bag is included for keeping the wraps in the freezer between uses. The same flexible design can be applied to elbows, calves or wrists when those areas need a cold compress.

## Benefits

The plush lining adds a soft layer between the cold gel and your skin, while the wrap format combines cold with compression around the joint. This is a convenient alternative to holding a loose ice pack in place: adjustable straps secure the wrap and leave your hands free. The flexible gel is intended to stay pliable after freezing, helping it sit around the knee rather than feeling like a rigid block. The manufacturer states that the filling has a low freezing point of -13 ℉.

For a post-workout routine, for example, secure the wrap around the knee while resting after exercise. The soft cover and hands-free fit make it easier to keep the compress in place during that recovery time. Buyers also frequently praise the fit, comfort, softness and convenience, feedback on how long the pack retains its temperature is mixed, so individual impressions vary.

## Highlights

Each wrap has a nylon cover and a plush side for a softer feel against the skin. The adjustable straps are designed to fit either the right or left knee, and the wraps can also be used on elbows. Their flexible gel filling is reusable, and the sealed edge and thicker nylon cover support repeated use. Together, these details make the set suited to regular cold-compression routines rather than occasional use of a single loose pack.

## Buying verdict

Worth considering if you want reusable knee cold packs that stay secured without being held by hand. The two-wrap set, soft plush contact surface and adjustable fit suit post-workout recovery and everyday routines focused on soothing knee discomfort, with the added flexibility to use a wrap on an elbow, calf or wrist.
