## Description

A flexible journal helps you bring notes, plans and creative work together in one place. The RETTACY notebook pairs an A5 dotted layout with 192 pages of 100 GSM acid-free paper. Its 5 mm dot spacing supports custom layouts, while the light blue faux leather hardcover gives the pages a defined place in your bag or on your desk.

## Tips for day-to-day use
Use the dot grid to build a weekly planner, habit tracker or project outline, or leave more open space for mind maps and sketches. Compared with lined pages, dots offer more freedom for tables, diagrams and hand-drawn layouts, unlike a blank notebook, they provide subtle guides to help keep writing and shapes organized. The 5 mm spacing makes it easier to create consistent sections without imposing a fixed format.

The notebook opens flat at 180°, so both pages can be used comfortably while writing, planning or comparing notes. Two ribbon bookmarks let you keep separate places marked, such as your current weekly plan and a reference page. An elastic closure band helps keep the notebook shut between uses, and the pen holder keeps a writing instrument close at hand. The inner pocket and two journaling stencils add convenient options for storing small items and shaping page layouts.

For a practical routine, dedicate one spread to upcoming tasks and another to notes or tracking. The A5 format keeps that setup in a compact notebook, while the 192 pages give you room to develop a journal over time. Buyers have also praised the paper quality and found the notebook useful for lists, note-taking and sketching.

## Why it makes sense
This notebook suits people who want one adaptable format for both structured planning and more visual work. The dot grid can guide tidy lists and trackers while leaving room for diagrams or sketches, so you can change the layout as your needs shift. Acid-free paper supports keeping written entries, and the 100 GSM weight is designed to help reduce ghosting and bleed-through. The smooth paper surface is intended for clear writing with most pens, pencils and markers.

The hardcover, elastic band and built-in pen holder make it straightforward to carry between a desk, class or meeting, with bookmarks ready to return to active pages. If your main need is ruled pages for continuous writing, a lined notebook follows that format, this dotted journal is better suited to combining notes with custom spreads and visual organization.

## Final verdict
A solid pick if you want an A5 notebook that can move between journaling, planning, tracking and sketching without locking you into one page style. Its 100 GSM acid-free dotted paper, lay-flat opening and useful built-in details make it ready for everyday notes as well as more considered layouts.
