## Description

For anyone who wants more than a one-time weight reading, the RENPHO Elis Body Fat Scale connects measurements to the RENPHO Health app over Bluetooth. Use the app to set goals, save measurement history and follow progress in weekly, monthly and yearly charts. It also supports multiple users, making it practical for a shared household scale. Choose app-based tracking when you want to review progress over time, a basic scale is more suited to simply checking weight.

## Pros
Four high-precision sensors measure in 0.2 lb or 0.05 kg increments, giving you a consistent step size for routine weigh-ins. The scale measures body weight and body fat, with bone mass also listed among its features. Measurements can be viewed on the scale’s LCD display, while Bluetooth links the scale to the RENPHO Health app so you can keep a record on your smartphone.

The app is designed to make ongoing tracking straightforward: set a goal, save past readings and review progress through charts in weekly, monthly or yearly views. That history can help put an individual weigh-in into context as you follow your own routine. The app also works with Samsung Health, Fitbit and Apple Health, making it useful for people who already keep health or fitness information in one of those apps.

## Key takeaways
This is a smart bathroom scale for people who want weight tracking alongside app-based records. Its multi-user support lets unlimited users be added to the RENPHO Health app, so household members can use one scale while keeping their measurements associated with their own app profiles. Baby mode can record the weight of children and pets, extending its use beyond individual adult weigh-ins.

For a practical home routine, a user can step on the scale, view the reading on the LCD and use the connected app to save and review measurements. The historical charts are particularly useful when the goal is to notice progress across weeks or months rather than focus on a single reading. If you prefer to keep fitness information in an existing service, the listed connections with Samsung Health, Fitbit and Apple Health offer another way to bring the scale into your tracking routine.

## How to use it
Download the RENPHO Health app from the App Store or Google Play, set it up and connect it to the scale through Bluetooth. After weighing, use the app to save readings, set goals and view the available progress charts. Add users in the app for shared use, baby mode can be used to record children’s or pets’ weight. For easier comparisons over time, make weigh-ins part of a consistent routine and refer to the saved history rather than relying on one reading.

## Final verdict
The RENPHO Elis is suited to people who want a home scale that connects everyday weigh-ins with ongoing digital tracking. Its LCD readout, Bluetooth app connection, progress charts and support for multiple users make it a practical fit for personal routines as well as shared household use. Choose it when you want to record measurements over time, follow progress in the RENPHO Health app and include the scale in a connected health-tracking routine.
