## Description

When a first-aid kit is intended for quick response, a cold pack that needs no freezer can be useful to have ready. Ready First Aid Instant Cold Packs activate on demand, making them practical for sports sidelines, camping trips, hikes and travel, as well as for keeping at home. Each pack is designed for single use and provides a convenient way to apply cold therapy for bruises, swelling, sprains, strains, muscle spasms, cramps, headaches and minor injuries.

The 36-pack gives coaches, parents and outdoor enthusiasts multiple packs to stock across first-aid kits or carry for group activities.

## Fit and sizing

At 7.5" x 4.5", each rectangular pack is sized for targeted application to an affected area. Its portable format suits a kit or bag, so it can be on hand when access to a freezer or crushed ice is not practical. For example, a coach can keep packs in a sideline first-aid kit and activate one when an injury needs prompt cold therapy. The pack is intended for adults.

## Benefits

Activation is straightforward: squeeze the outer pack to break the inner bag, then apply the pack. There is no need to freeze it in advance, which makes it useful for outings and other situations where cold therapy supplies need to be ready on arrival. The 36-pack format also helps keep several kits stocked, whether for family activities, a team or outdoor use.

How useful is an instant pack when a freezer is out of reach? Its main advantage is having cold therapy available on demand, without carrying ice. Use it for periods of up to 20 minutes, with the product guidance recommending intervals of every two to four hours, give the skin a break if it starts to feel numb. Buyers commonly appreciate the simple activation, while feedback varies on how long the packs stay cold. Each pack is for one-time use.
