## Description

Aluminized Mylar helps these emergency blankets retain body heat, adding a practical layer of warmth when conditions change outdoors or during an unexpected emergency.

Each blanket measures 52 by 82 inches and weighs 1.7 ounces. Individually packaged to about the size of a credit card, it’s easy to keep one in a backpack, travel bag or vehicle emergency kit.

With nine blankets in the pack, you can prepare several kits at once or keep spares for group outings. The waterproof, windproof material also gives you options for shelter and cover beyond warmth alone.

## Key specifications

- Pack size: 9 emergency blankets
- Material: Aluminized Mylar
- Colour: Silver
- Dimensions: 52 by 82 inches
- Weight: 1.7 ounces per blanket
- Features: Durable, tear-resistant, waterproof and windproof

The Mylar material is designed to retain 90% of body heat, helping provide thermal protection in an emergency. Its light weight and compact individual packaging make it convenient to carry as backup gear without taking up the space of a conventional blanket. The silver finish and generous dimensions offer coverage for one person, while the pack format makes it straightforward to distribute blankets across different kits.

## Usage tips

Keep a blanket where it can be reached quickly, such as in a hiking pack, camping supplies, travel bag or car emergency kit. When you need extra protection from wind or wet conditions, the material can also be used as a lightweight tarp, backpack cover, emergency tent or shelter. It can serve as a poncho as well, giving you several practical ways to use the same compact piece of gear.

For an outdoor trip, pack one with your first-aid supplies and keep the remaining blankets in home or vehicle kits. That approach suits people who want portable emergency coverage in multiple places. If your priority is planned comfort at camp, a conventional blanket is a different choice, these Mylar blankets are geared towards compact backup warmth and protection when unexpected conditions call for it.

## Best use cases

These blankets are suited to camping, hiking, mountain climbing, skiing, running and marathon events, as well as wilderness rescue and first aid. Their low weight makes them useful for outings where carried gear needs to stay compact, while their windproof and waterproof features support shelter and cover applications. The nine-pack is also practical for preparing several emergency kits or keeping extra blankets available for a group.

At home, in a travel bag or in a vehicle, an individually packed blanket is easy to store until needed. On the trail, it can provide an additional layer of thermal protection or be adapted as a light cover. Follow the intended emergency use and unfold it when warmth, wind protection or a temporary shelter is needed.

## Final verdict

Rasupro’s nine-pack combines compact individual packaging with lightweight aluminized Mylar, a 52-by-82-inch format and multiple emergency uses. It’s a practical fit for hikers, campers, runners and households building portable emergency kits, especially when the goal is to have thermal blankets ready across more than one bag or location.
