## Description

Seven support stays and a removable 3D pad give this Rakiie lumbar brace a structured way to support the lower back. Adjustable compression straps let you tailor the fit for everyday activities such as sitting, standing, walking or doing household tasks.

The X-Large size is designed for a waist measuring 45.3–51.2 inches. Its breathable mesh fabric and flexible construction make it practical to wear through a range of daily routines.

## Technical overview
The ESP004 combines a wrap-style belt with internal stays and secondary compression straps. Unlike a basic wrap that relies only on its fabric, this design adds structured support and a removable pad, so you can choose how to wear it for your routine.

- Type: Lumbar back brace
- Size: X-Large, waist 45.3–51.2 inches
- Support: Seven stays—one flexible PP stay, four memory-alloy stays and two spring strips
- Fit: Elastic fabric, adjustable straps and touch-fastener closure
- Pad: Removable 3D pad
- Colour: Black
- Care: Hand wash only

The breathable 4D knitted mesh is intended to help with ventilation, while the stretchable, lightweight fabric allows the belt to adjust around the waist. The four compression straps provide a secondary adjustment, letting you set the level of compression to suit the activity. The brace is designed for lumbar support during prolonged sitting or standing, as well as for tasks such as driving, gardening and housework.

## Tips for day-to-day use
Measure your waist at belly-button level and use the X-Large range rather than choosing by pants size. The size guidance recommends sizing up if your measurement is at the top of a range. Before putting the brace on, loosen the elastic straps, then fasten it around your waist and adjust the compression straps to a comfortable fit. A secure, well-adjusted fit helps keep the support in place as you move.

For a day that involves alternating between desk time and walking, the adjustable wrap can be fitted for lumbar support and then readjusted as needed. The removable pad offers another way to tailor the feel of the brace, while the mesh construction is suited to regular wear across work and home routines. Customer feedback commonly highlights the support, fit and comfort, with some also appreciating how firmly it can be tightened. Opinions on durability vary, so feedback is not uniform on long-term wear.

## Included in the pack
The pack contains one ergonomic lumbar back brace with a removable pad. The pad can be taken out to suit your preferred setup, and the brace’s hand-wash care instruction helps guide routine cleaning.

## When it makes sense
A solid pick if you want adjustable lower-back support in a wrap-style brace for work, home tasks or walking. The seven stays add structure, while the removable pad and four compression straps give you practical ways to customize the fit. For adults shopping in the X-Large size, the stated waist range makes it straightforward to compare the brace with a measured waist before choosing.
