## Description

Some rooms need daylight filtered for privacy, while others call for a darker space for daytime rest. rabbitgoo A023 is a matte black, static-cling window film designed to block light and create privacy without using adhesive glue.

Its 90 x 1000 cm roll gives you film to measure and trim for your window. It’s suited to bedrooms, nurseries, bathrooms and other home spaces where reduced incoming light and a concealed view are useful.

## How to use it
Start with a clean, dust-free window surface, including the edges and corners. Separate the backing from the film, then spray plenty of water on both the glass and the film before positioning it. The water helps the static-cling film attach and makes it easier to adjust during application. Smooth it into place, leaving enough room at the edges to push out air bubbles, then trim the excess to fit.

This approach suits a DIY window update without sticky glue. The film is described as removable and reusable, making it a practical choice for spaces where you may want to reposition it later. Do not apply it to double-pane windows, as the manufacturer warns that this may cause cracking.

## What stands out
The black frosted finish combines a darker room with added privacy, making it useful when street-facing windows look into a bedroom or bathroom. Its blackout design is also intended for daytime sleepers, including shift workers, who want to reduce incoming light while resting. The film offers UV protection, which can help limit exposure to UV rays and reduce fading on furniture near the window.

Compared with relying on curtains or blinds, window film sits directly on the glass and leaves the window area free of bulky coverings. That makes it a useful alternative when the priority is a neat, fitted covering for the glass itself. For example, applying it to a bedroom window can help create a more private, darker setting for a daytime sleep. Buyers commonly praise the straightforward installation, privacy and light-blocking effect, feedback is mixed on how well it adheres, so careful cleaning and generous water during fitting are important practical steps.

## Final verdict

The long roll can be trimmed to suit a window, while the static-cling application avoids glue and supports repositioning. It’s a good fit if your priority is a more private bedroom, nursery or bathroom, or a darker space for daytime rest.
