## Description

When a window needs more privacy but you still want daylight in the room, frosted film offers a clean, glass-mounted alternative to curtains or blinds. The rabbitgoo A023-90-3 uses a static-cling fit and a pure frosted finish to soften incoming light while obscuring unwanted views.

Its 90 x 300 cm format can be measured and trimmed to suit a window or glass door, making it useful in spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and rental homes. What if you could add privacy without covering the whole window with fabric?

## Product specs
- Type: Frosted window privacy film
- Material: Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
- Colour: Pure Frosted
- Size: 90 x 300 cm
- Installation: Static cling
- UV protection: Yes
- Included: 1 window privacy film

## Requirements
Apply the film to a flat, clean, smooth glass surface. It is not intended for plastic, broken or uneven surfaces. The manufacturer advises against installing it on a double-pane window exposed to strong sunlight for extended periods.

For installation, measure and trim the film, then separate and remove its backing. Spray water generously on the glass and the film’s glass-facing side, position it, and smooth out water and air bubbles with a squeegee or card. Leaving a small gap at the edges helps bubbles escape as you work.

## Tips for day-to-day use
The frosted finish diffuses direct sunlight and helps reduce glare while allowing softened natural light through. UV protection is also part of the film’s design, and the added screening can help limit unwanted views into private rooms. It’s a practical approach for a bathroom window, a glass door beside an entry, or a home-office window where a clear view from outside is a concern.

Unlike a window covering that hangs in front of the glass, this film sits directly on the surface for a simple, uncluttered look. Its adhesive-free static-cling installation is designed for removal and reuse, which can be helpful when your window arrangement changes. Buyers often praise the straightforward installation, privacy and appearance, feedback on how securely it stays in place is mixed. Careful cleaning and generous use of water during application support a smoother fit.

## Practical questions
**Does the frosted film still let daylight into the room?**
Yes. It softens natural light rather than fully covering the window with an opaque covering, while helping obscure outdoor views.

**How should I apply the film?**
Start with clean glass, trim the film to size, remove the backing, then wet both the glass and the film’s glass-facing side generously. Position it and smooth out bubbles and excess water.

**Can it be used on any window surface?**
It is intended for flat, clean, smooth glass. The manufacturer advises against use on plastic, broken or uneven surfaces, and on double-pane windows that will be exposed to strong sunlight for a long time.

## Final verdict
For anyone looking to make a glass window or door feel more private without giving up softened daylight, rabbitgoo’s frosted static-cling film brings together a useful large format, a clean frosted appearance and a removable, reusable application. It suits privacy-focused updates in bathrooms, bedrooms and other home spaces where direct window coverings are not the preferred approach.
