It is sized for a door opening up to 36 x 80 in, measured without the frame, making it a practical fit for a compatible French-style doorway. The magnetic centre opens as you walk through and comes together behind you, so there is no door handle to operate when your hands are full. For households with pets or children moving in and out, that easy passage can make everyday trips through the doorway simpler. ## Tips for day-to-day use Measure the width and height of the doorway itself, excluding the frame, then compare those measurements with the stated fit size of up to 36 x 80 in. The manufacturer recommends choosing a screen 2 in wider and taller than the opening for better coverage. Taking those measurements before installation helps you position the screen for the intended doorway. The magnetic centre is designed to let people pass through without stopping to open a separate door. That can be useful when carrying dishes from the kitchen to an outdoor space, or when a dog moves between the house and yard. The screen lets a breeze pass through while helping keep mosquitoes and other unwanted things from entering. A conventional door still provides a physical barrier when closed, this screen is the more convenient approach when frequent passage and airflow are priorities. ## Technical overview - Type: Magnetic screen door - Fit: Door opening up to 36 x 80 in, excluding the frame - Colour: Black - Closure: 36 magnets along the screen opening - Installation: No tools required, attaches with Magic Tape and can be detached and rolled up for off-season storage - Additional detail: Bottom gravity rods The magnetic closure is intended to bring the two sides together after passage, while the bottom rods add weight at the base. Together, these details support everyday use at an exterior doorway. The screen can be removed and rolled up when it is not needed, then put back into use in another season. ## What stands out The main advantage is a doorway that stays easy to pass through without requiring a hand to open and close it. That is particularly handy when carrying items or when a pet wants to go in and out repeatedly. Unlike a fixed barrier that requires a separate opening step, the magnetic centre is designed to close after someone passes through. Tool-free installation and removable fastening also give the screen a flexible role as a seasonal doorway solution. Buyer feedback is positive about fit, appearance and day-to-day functionality. Experiences with durability, magnetic strength and self-closing are mixed, so the most useful practical step is to measure the opening carefully and position the screen so the magnetic edges can meet. The product is intended for an opening within its stated fit size, not for measuring across the door frame. ## Buying verdict Choose this QNLONG screen when your priority is convenient passage through a compatible doorway, with airflow and a screen between the home and outdoor insects. Its black finish, magnetic centre, bottom gravity rods and removable, tool-free attachment suit frequent trips through a French-style doorway as well as seasonal use. For a doorway that measures within 36 x 80 in excluding the frame, it offers a straightforward way to make everyday access more hands-free. ## Images ![QNLONG 345-024-271 Magnetic Screen Door for 36 x 80 in Doorways, Black — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/6CPbL3i70bCA_L7QDkoLvnMCp3Cfx3hSiQsUIKr-a_l2Vf-ulyMq6Dzcabl5PP-5xZ_i2Pkmp4zSfkr75RIcuQv3cvV_ljj5WkA0RdI7Jm1cpeMJs2B4mhp5xA.jpg) ![QNLONG 345-024-271 Magnetic Screen Door for 36 x 80 in Doorways, Black — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/4MPB7KvNDt7piWTbNOG6RjzEBhh4buIolT6qk_7klYVXW2eVhzetSn-wCc7orvqYbVP2ktNW9KzTqpJn2OSxP2y19vtnGZEjzywWYeuv5m1EbRMrPVDO9zcBbA.jpg) ![QNLONG 345-024-271 Magnetic Screen Door for 36 x 80 in Doorways, Black — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/jFQ3P4vAmDpNrrRQ5MPZqek9vG0cr_HIJILQHyWjP9pOWFDoAsqjysbVWV5vmUsr0fI-JP_DqkmRN4t9GY9I_p1EIEsCLZNEU2c5YMETjgQOjXIRSWaSIsOZLQ.jpg) ![QNLONG 345-024-271 Magnetic Screen Door for 36 x 80 in Doorways, Black — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/ZEJyzdgH2LRlVlsv-73JRbZ7VE_haJTyZRqgczLViidMt_9NY9qm9BC9HHmGL6H_t9mPBEtslDkPOfIgfpB-wAwNhSI9Sk4pOW1wZBgPHhA2wpkPOXznE5vgoQ.jpg) ![QNLONG 345-024-271 Magnetic Screen Door for 36 x 80 in Doorways, Black — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/NOuUta1iBFE_zzQ3P_00ZvejND4EQ1vdgnKsbbhttcQJAjory9zp6HEAEqJxk8BRSr4OBuBtaWJzwe05wj9_C-xHqI7LS_uEE8JlgDydF7j0Kc13qZefhFXh6g.jpg)
