QMG Piano Keyboard Note Stickers, 2-Pack, Transparent Vinyl for White Keys

Bright, colour-coded letters give beginners a quick visual cue for finding notes, which can make early keyboard practice easier to follow without stopping to identify each key.

The QMG stickers are designed for white keys on keyboards with up to 88 keys. Their transparent vinyl format leaves the key visible around the letter, while the removable adhesive is intended to come off without residue.

A placement guide and application stick are included. The listing describes a two-pack with 52 pieces, so these are learning aids to place on keys rather than a replacement for lessons or regular practice.

Key points

The coloured letters are intended to help children and beginners recognize and remember key names as they practise. That can be useful when learning a first melody or trying to find notes without relying on someone else to point them out. The letters are printed beneath a smooth transparent layer, a design intended to protect the print from fading during use.

Unlike an approach based only on memorizing the keyboard layout, these stickers provide an on-key reminder at a glance. They may make it easier to get started, while practice without labels remains important for learners who want to recognize keys independently. Customers mention that the stickers are easy to apply and find the colours helpful, some also describe them as a useful aid when starting piano.

Fit and sizing

These stickers are made for white keys and are listed as suitable for keyboards with up to 88 keys. That makes the stated fit relevant to many standard keyboard layouts, but the product details do not specify a particular keyboard model. The dimensions listed for the item are 17.8 x 14 x 0.3 centimetres, individual sticker dimensions are not provided.

The lettering is described as modest in size rather than oversized, so it is intended to stay visible without covering the key with a large label. If you are choosing between a visual aid and an unlabelled layout, this set favours quick note recognition, it does not provide instruction on rhythm, fingering or reading sheet music.

Who it’s for

It suits you if a new player, child or self-directed learner would benefit from seeing note names directly on the white keys during practice. For example, a beginner working through a simple tune can use the letters as prompts while locating notes, then gradually practise relying less on them.

Not the best choice if you need labels for black keys, since the listing specifies stickers for white keys. It is also a visual reference rather than a complete learning method, so it will not replace instruction or practice. Buyers also speak positively about the colours and ease of application, though those impressions are individual experiences rather than a guarantee of how the stickers will work on every keyboard.

Practical questions

What comes with the set? The product is listed as a two-pack with 52 pieces, and the description says it includes a placement guide and an application stick.

Can the stickers be removed? They are described as removable, with adhesive intended not to damage the keyboard or leave residue. Follow the placement and removal guidance supplied with the set.

Are they useful for someone learning alone? They can serve as a visual prompt for identifying notes during self-directed practice. They do not teach other parts of playing, such as rhythm or fingering.

When it makes sense

Choose these QMG stickers if visible note names would help a beginner get oriented on white keys and the keyboard has up to 88 keys. Their transparent, removable format keeps the focus on learning key names rather than adding a larger teaching aid. If the learner is already comfortable identifying notes, an unlabelled keyboard may better support independent recall.
