## Description

Choosing a microphone setup often comes down to flexibility: a fixed position may suit a simple desk arrangement, while an adjustable arm makes it easier to move the mic when your recording needs change. The Prizmora AS26 is designed for that adaptable approach.

Its 360° rotating base and multi-angle adjustment let you position a microphone at a low, mid or high angle for podcasting, streaming, gaming or home-office calls. Cable management along the arm helps keep the workspace organized.

The black aluminium arm has a reinforced metal structure and supports microphones weighing up to 2 kg. A desk clamp, thread adapters and practical mounting accessories complete the setup.

## Usage tips

Attach the C-clamp to a suitable desk edge, then position the arm so the microphone can reach your preferred speaking area without taking up the space a standalone base would use. The clamp fits desktops from 0.8 to 2.4 in, and its soft cushion helps protect the desk surface from scratches.

Use the rotating base and multi-angle adjustment to set the microphone where it is comfortable for your recording or call. Route the cable along the arm and secure it with the included cable ties to help prevent loose cable from tangling or pulling as you reposition the mic. The package also includes a rotatable ball head, microphone clip, phone holder, screw adapters and user manual.

## Pros

The adjustable reach is useful when moving between different desk activities: bring the microphone closer for a podcast or recording session, then reposition it for streaming or everyday calls. Unlike a fixed-position stand, the boom arm gives you more freedom to change the microphone angle while keeping the desk setup organized.

Three thread sizes—1/4 inch, 3/8 inch and 5/8 inch—are supported through the included screw adapters. The product is described as compatible with microphones including HyperX SoloCast, Fifine K669B and AM8, Blue Yeti, Shure SM7B and AT2020. Check the microphone’s mounting thread and weight when setting up: the arm’s maximum weight recommendation is 2 kg.

Buyers describe the arm as sturdy and appreciate its appearance and solid feel. These impressions make it especially appealing for a desk setup where the support is visible as well as functional.
