## Description

Add resistance to squats, Pilates or a home workout with PLEASION’s fabric loop bands. Five colour-coded levels give you options for different movements and training intensities, all in a compact format for lower-body and core exercises.

The bands combine fabric with rubber layers and a non-slip design. That makes them a practical choice when you want a loop band that stays in place as you move through a set.

Choose a single resistance level for focused work or switch bands as your exercises change. The set also comes with a carrying bag and training guide for workouts at home or on the go.

## On-body feel

The fabric construction gives the bands a soft feel against the skin, while the rubber layers and non-slip design help keep them positioned during exercise. Buyers often praise the secure fit and comfortable material, making these loops well suited to repeated movements such as squats, glute work and leg exercises. The reinforced stitching is designed for regular workouts.

## What you’ll notice day to day

Having five resistance levels lets you choose a band to suit the exercise rather than relying on one fixed tension. The colours—green, pink, purple, grey and black—distinguish the set, while the range runs from Extra Light to Extra Heavy. Want to add resistance to a Pilates sequence or bring more challenge to bodyweight squats? Choose the level that fits the movement and your training plan.

Use the loops for exercises targeting the glutes, thighs, legs and core, including workouts at home, yoga, Pilates and other fitness routines. Buyers also highlight the range of resistance choices and the bands’ ability to stay in place. Compared with buying one loop at a single resistance, this set offers more flexibility to change tension between exercises. The carrying bag makes it easier to keep the bands and guide together when moving between workout spaces.
