PhysFlex 2-Pack Patella Knee Braces, Adjustable Black Polyester Supports

An adjustable patellar strap targets support around the kneecap and tendon, helping you stay focused on movement during activities such as running, hiking, cycling and basketball. The open design lets you set the fit to suit your knee, while extra padding and an anti-slip design are intended to help keep the brace comfortable and secure as you move.

This black two-pack gives you a brace for each knee or a spare for your activity bag. The slim polyester design is breathable and can be worn discreetly under clothing, making it practical for workouts as well as everyday wear.

The essentials

These PhysFlex braces are designed to support the kneecap and surrounding joints. Their adjustable strap offers a more targeted approach than a full knee sleeve, which may suit people looking for support centred on the patellar tendon. The listed uses include exercise, squats, running, hiking, cycling, basketball and volleyball, the product details also name baseball and soccer.

The open style allows you to adjust how the brace sits, while the padded, anti-slip design is made for use during movement. The product is also described as lightweight and breathable, with a low-profile shape that can be worn beneath clothing. Buyers commonly describe the support and comfort positively, feedback on fit and how securely the brace stays in place is mixed.

Size & fit

The universal size is intended for knee circumferences from 13 to 19 inches. Adjust the strap around the knee to achieve a comfortable, supportive fit. Since it is an open brace rather than a full sleeve, it offers an adjustable wrap around the kneecap area. The pack contains two black polyester knee braces.

Practical tips

For activities that involve repeated knee movement, such as hiking, cycling or basketball, position the brace around the patellar tendon and adjust the strap before getting started. Does a targeted strap suit your routine better than full-knee coverage? It can be a practical format when the aim is support around the kneecap while keeping the rest of the knee less covered.

Hand wash the braces as directed in the care instructions. When choosing a fit, use the stated knee-circumference range and adjust the strap so it feels supportive without being uncomfortable. This helps make the adjustable design useful for both planned workouts and regular daily wear.

Buying verdict

A solid pick if you want two adjustable patellar knee braces for active use, with an open design, padding and a breathable polyester build. The universal fit range and slim profile make this set suitable for people seeking focused kneecap support for activities such as running, hiking, cycling or court sports, as well as for wearing under clothing.
